I can't imagine transporting a pet going any better than this. Evan picked up our Dobe on schedule and impressed the owner to the point that she called to tell me the dog was in good hands. Several text messages during the trip kept me up to speed on his driving progress. He arrived when he said he would and took great care of our dog. If anyone is thinking of having a pet transported (in my case from North Carolina to Maine), you couldn't find a better person to do it.

Erica and Bill are the best! They responded to my request to transport my two kitties across Country almost immediately. Setup was simple and the quote was less than I expected. They went above and beyond to pickup my babies. One freaked out before they arrived and hid in the pickup location. They swooped in and helped find my baby who was hiding in a chimney. They rescued my cat and were on their way. I can not tell you how comfortable I was with the transport. They kept me updated and sent photos throughout the trip. I was terrified of sending my two cats from coast to coast, southern California to North Carolina--and with strangers, to boot. Bill and Erica understood how panicky and paranoid I would be about this process and assured me I could text them for updates as much as I wanted to, at any time. They would update me on the weather and road conditions, and any detours they took to make the road conditions more favorable (this trip was in December, and it was snowing in many places plus pouring rain, AND there was heavy holiday congestion). Erica paid attention to whether my cats were eating and using the litterbox, and for signs of stress. I still had a baseline level of worrying just because the cats were away from me, but I felt so much better being able to contact Bill and Erica any time of the day.

I received our puppy at 7 am the following day. That was over 12 hours after originally scheduled. Our puppy did not eat since 8 am the morning before, potentially putting our 8 week old puppy at risk. The shipper was very argumentative over the phone whenever we tried to contact her about the arrival of our puppy. We should have received him at 6pm on Friday but around midnight she finally texted us to say she wouldn't be dropping him as scheduled but instead the next morning. This was totally unacceptable as they adamantly say they don't wouldn't feed our puppy. (Due to this horibble shipment he didnt eat for over 24 hours) When they finally arrived with him, the puppy's fur reeked of cigarette smoke. (Again NOT a part of our contract.) we would not recommend this shipper.

Michele was awesome! She sent me a fair quote right away and it took me a few days to actually get back to her. As soon as I messaged her she responded very quickly. She was very flexible and able to arrange her schedule to leave early the next morning to go pick up the dog for transport. On the way to pick up the dog she kept great communication. She drove 6 hours out of her way to pick up the dog for transport and due to unforeseen circumstances she was not able to pick her up. So really the trip was a big waste of her time but she was extremely nice and understanding about the situation. Many other people would have not been so nice about it. I would definitely recommend her to transport your precious goods. She is very dependable and kind! If I ever have another transport I would not hesitate to use her service! Thank you Michele! They took excellent care of my dog and she was happy, healthy, and clean when she arrived! They were very nice and seemed to really care about my dog. I would have rated them with 5 stars however there were some delays which is understandable and they explained to me why when I reached out to them but I would rather be notified first. It was stressful because I had never had an animal shipped before and the previous owner of the dog was skeptical. It all worked out in the end and everyone was happy. They did a wonderful job. Driver and his son were both really nice and patient men. They were delayed for several hours due to my shipper not being ready. They waited for the puppy and never complained. Not once ! Both of them really cared for the animals they were transporting. The van was clean and my puppy was in good condition when I received him. I still had a 4 hour ride home after getting the puppy. The drivers explained to me not to let my young puppy out at a rest stop or other area where lots of dogs may relieve themselves because of potential pathogens and viruses i.e. parvo in those areas. I really had not thought about that issue. I was happy to gain the knowledge and protect my new pet until he is older and completely vaccinated. I know about dog parks but honestly I don't think I would have equated a rest stop as a threat to my puppy, but they were correct and I was happy to have the information. I would highly recommend this service provider to others and I would use them again in future should the need arise. Thank you for a job well done.

I am appalled with my experience with Brenda. She was late, unprepared and I had to convince her to take food along with her, to feed the cats. Once the cats made it to the destination, one of them had lost an alarming amount of weight. They all were laying on towels soaked in their own urine. They all also smell like cigarette smoke. I had to throw away some of the cat toys because they were stained with cat urine and the smell of cigarettes.

I am in Washington State and I was able to set everything up to safely transport my dog on the east coast. I was sending my dog short notice to family and Lainie’s Pet Transportation responded quickly with a reasonable price and outstanding service right before thanksgiving! Total communication the whole trip from Charleston, South Carolina to the Philly area in PA. And really worked with us to make sure our dog, my first baby,made it safely to family. Even picked our dog up at a dog kennel to get him to his new temporary home. Just a completely refreshingly positive experience.
