If I could give zero stars I would. The cat was supposed to be delivered the day after pickup- he was delivered 3 days after he was picked up in a van STUFFED with animals covered in their own urine. My cat was forced to pee in his crate and then sit in the pee. They had to tear the whole van apart to find his paperwork. They wouldn't refund any of the money, even though the cat was delivered late AND subjected to horrible conditions, and when I demanded a partial refund I was blocked. DO NOT use this business.

Transported my dog form Pennsylvania to Michigan. The driver and the owner of the company keep in touch with me. I was updated with what was going on with the dog while being transported. I would definitely be using them again if I ever need to transport an animal across country. They treated me and my dog like family.

Julie has been nothing but understanding the entire trip! She's a sweet heart, and helped me not just to make a move across country with two dogs and a cage full of birds, but to escape an abusive household with limited funds and time. Tiffiney took amazing care of our dogs. She also texted us updates and pictures so we could see them on a regular basis on their journey. They arrived so happy and were obviously fond of Tiffiney. One of the dogs is ten, and we were concerned about the toll the 1000 mile car ride would take on her. Tiffiney made sure to take her on special walks, accommodated our requests for special needs transport, and lifted our 80 pound dog in and out of the car so as to help with our dog's arthritis. Tiffiney was from start to finish a professional whom I would recommend without reservation to anyone needing to transport their pets.

The only reason I gave Shane one star is simply because I couldn't select NO stars. This man doesn't communicate with you whatsoever!! When trusting someone to handle your beloved pet/family member you want to feel safe knowing that they will be taken care of and that if you need to you can communicate at any given time. Do NOT I repeat do NOT pick World-class. You can't put a price on piece of mind and with Shane you will not get that!

Wendy did a great job driving my dog half way across the country. She made sure he was well taken care of and got out of the car on a regular basis. She communicated with me regularly letting me know how he was doing. She also got him to his destination ahead of schedule. Leeann took such great care of my big dogo argentino dog Duke. Sent me pics all the time and kept in contact with me. the driver Angela H is a cheater. on the first schedule date, she said that her grandparent passed away, so I set up another time. on the second promised data, she said that she has a flat tire and skip the appoint again. the worse thing is that she never return any call. she did return text massage, but always reply at last minute before the appoint expired. I cannot trust her anymore, so I drove 1100 miles by myself to ship the dog from Boston to Atlanta. this drive never honor her word , always say yes at the beginning and did nothing and never inform you until last minutes. I am so disappointed with her service.

Obviously, traffic and needs for stopping along the way delayed delivery.. but some of that is to be expected with driving (especially in the Chicago area) so we were okay with it. Do not trust this clown. Brandon is a deceiver and lies. He received his money but backed out at the last moment, because I am a cop and I asked to see his ID when he gets here. He even offered to deal with cash rather than going through the website to avoid fees.( unethical ) He agreed on the shipment, we were even in contact until he decided to move on with my shipment. then he stopped answering his phone and ignored all of my calls, 2 days later he decided to give a ridiculous reason. The company does not give your refund and in fact, I do not recommend this website at all, because of this kind of problem.

Shane's smooth ride was great. We received our travel trailer 4 days earlier than needed. He also had to change a flat tire from a piece of wire and noticed soon enough that the tire is repairable. Always let us know where he was at with the shipment. Great service!

Worst EVER! Declined to pick up the item to be shipped after 5 days, demanding pre-payment which is AGAINST the policy, not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL. A driver that needs prepayment of gas money to make a trip should not be driving I would NEVER hire this driver again.

They are the best!!! They took my 9 week old American Bully puppy from Houston to Georgia and they kept me updated the whole ride with pictures and calls and text messages which was so relieving knowing that my puppy was in good hands!! He was delivering a Brand New Vanity from Florida. Vanity cost is $2000 Vanity was delivered to me with damage. He started to lie that he received it this way and he will show pictures to me. Would love to see them. I know it is not true since vanity was inspected by my relative at the location plus I have pictures of the Vanity before pick with no damage. Will never use this services again. Horrible.
