This man is a criminal. He agreed to take my shipment to CA. He was weeks late picking up, claiming truck breakdown. Little or no communication. He finally showed up, took the shipment and disappeared. He never delivered, kept claiming breakdowns, finally stopped replying completely, ignoring calls and messages thru CS. I had to refund my buyer $650 that I'll never see. I see his account is suspended, I hope he is in jail.

My opinion is that she is incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, and a con-artist. She refused to set up a pick up date for my puppy and then attempted to steal my deposit after telling me she could not do the job. I only received a full refund of my deposit because I disputed the charge via PayPal and won the dispute. It took almost a month to get my deposit refund and in the meantime Jane texted me all hours of the night harassing me calling me a thief, and telling me I was “putting a disabled grandma out of business,” and telling me that I was ruining the business she spent two years creating. All I wanted was a refund of my deposit when she ultimately told me she could not do the job! And while all this was happening she sent me multiple requests to donate money to her gofundme page: https://www.gofundme.com/your-pets-nana-car-repairs-for-pets I ended up using Delta to fly my dog. He was well taken care of, it was MUCH less expensive than Jane’s quote, and my dog was not traveling for days. Getting my dog’s flight reservation was seamless and the whole process was much easier and more professional than my dealings with Jane. My advice is to book a flight and do not trust this lady. Here is the whole story: I asked for a pick up date around June 1, 2017. She asked me for a 50% deposit via PayPal. She promised to firm up dates around Mother's Day. By the 17th I still had not heard from her so I reached out. She explained she ran into two tornadoes and floods. She asked for two more days to firm up her schedule. The 20th she explained she did not have a pick up date because she had to drop off an animal that was two weeks late from another carrier. I reached out on the 24th and let her know my dog was available for pick up on the 29th and I asked what her schedule was. She was very upset about this, she told me her engine blew out in floods in Missouri and they could not find an engine for her car so she had to get a rental. I'm assuming she was upset the puppy was ready earlier than expected. I told her I could wait a few days, but that I needed a concrete date at this point. I also told her it wouldn't be a big deal for me to find some other option if she could no longer do the job. Jane offered to refund me and I accepted her offer. She told me she would get me my refund the next day. At 1:30 the next day I still did not have the refund so I sent her a PayPal request. She texted me saying her daughter needed to go to the bank to make a transfer so she could issue the refund and that her daughter would transfer the money by 5:00 pm. The next morning I still had not received the refund so I texted her. She then informed me of her intent to keep 25% of my deposit. She tried to argue that I signed an electronic contract agreeing to pay a cancellation fee; however no such contract existed. Day after day she came up with every excuse to not refund me my deposit. She got nastier and nastier with me every day trying to argue that Paypal froze all of her bank accounts and she was stuck on the road with no gas, no money, and other peoples’ pets. I called Paypal and confirmed this was not true. She asked me whether I arranged other transportation for my pet and I informed her that I did get my dog here safely and quickly and she texted “you have your dog AND you want your money back!” She criticized me for flying my dog in telling me that I was a terrible dog mom and that he must have been terrified. She even threatened me by saying that her brother in law lived in the same town as me and that he was a “mason” and that he would intervene in someway. I had assumed the whole time that she so egregiously mismanaged her funds that she could not issue a refund timely. However, PayPay was able to refund me my deposit at the snap of a finger. I can now only assume she was attempting to keep my money just for the sake of keeping it. Meanwhile she still sends me requests to donate money to her gofundme page. I think she is a con-artist. She has asked me to remove my negative reviews of her claiming that this was not an actual problem with the transportation; but she does not realize that her behavior was completely horrible and unprofessional. People ought to know about my experience before trusting her with a deposit and before trusting her with their pets. I would never trust her with any of my animals and I am so thankful she cancelled on me before picking up my puppy. He is the love of my life and I would have been so terribly upset if anything happened to him during the transportation. Do not waste your time and money with Jane.

Wendy was absolutely amazing. We hired her to transport our dog, Apollo, from Cape Coral to Vermont. She was super flexible and willing to work with our schedule. Her price was more than reasonable. I had compared her with other pet transport services, who were charging upwards of $900. I loved the fact that it was just her and Apollo. She could stop whenever he needed. I rated them a 4 star because the pick up was a day late, no big deal I didn't expect it to be picked up by any certain day as long as it made it there safely. Also had a failure to communicate the morning the bike was dropped off, didn't receive a heads up that they would be in the area first thing in the morning and they ended up sitting out in the sun while they waiting for somebody to get there to pay them, which I appreciate very much! If I could give negative stars I would. Not sure how other people had positive experiences with this shipper. Gave them an extra 3 weeks to complete shipment. Let me down and got me past my deadline. People are liars, first told me truck was "broken" and then the craziest thing was told me driver went completely missing while going to do my shipment. Avoid these people like the plague. They keep promising and swearing to get things done for you and will leave you hanging.

Dog was never shipped I had to have someone pick my dog up from a police station. It has been three days and my dog still hadn't left the state as I was told multiple times he was enroute. Then I stopped getting replies via text email etc and the phone numbers provided we disconnected. So I cantacted law enforcement authorities as I worried. They further figured out the transport van was stolen from Maryland from a rental company and the driver was apprehended and my pet along with others weren't shipped due to the companies legal downfalls. Just use another driver... i lost money and time and still now pup. Just my personal expierience with alpha omega......

I was in a spot to say the least and needed a cat shipped from Brooklyn to Massachusetts. I found citizensshipper via searching and figured I'd give it a try. Barry bid in my delivery in 30 minutes. This was on Monday. Well it's now Tuesday, the cat is with my me and my wife and got here safe and sound. Not only was Barry awesome and super friendly, he picked our cat up from the vet, made sure she was comfortable on the ride and even spoke with the vet receptionist about special care for her. First time using this service and Barry delivered. He's the kind of guy I would want to hang out with. Fantastic guy and fantastic site. I'll be using This site again for sure. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. This man changed my pickup date three times. The measurements of the boat were giving to him, 3 days before pickup, and on the day of pickup, he said he needed a bigger trailer. The date was then changed to a later day. The pickup day came, he said a pilot car was needed, for a 22ft boat. After I agreed on a bumper tow, instead of the flatbed, a date was set. The day of the pickup, I got a text saying, we're not moving your boat. He will not answer a text, a call, or respond to voicemail! DO NOT USE THIS DRIVER!! I've never delt with such with anyone, who has been so unprofessional!! He may give you a good price, but the way he conducts his business, and treats his clients, is horrible!!! STAY AWAY!!
