I have got to say that Deb is truly an amazing woman. She saved a life in the best way ever. Not only did she bring Hurley to me safe sound and in excellent shape. Not only did she keep me posted along her way she sent pictures as well so I could see how she was doing and she was way ahead of her scheduled time which was amazing. She took her on a hike until I got home and she was a gem. I will use her over and over again and will recommend her to everyone I know. Her prices are extremely reasonable and you will never find anyone better then her for the safety and care of you're 4 legged family member. We Love her to death. Thanks Deb for all you did for us. Winston was able to offer me a great shipping price and get a driver out in two days to pick up my boat. The driver was was just ok. My boat arrived on time but with a damaged bimini top that was left up for a 2400 miles trip and got torn to shreds. The frame was torn off the gunwale and snapped the screws clean out of the fiberglass. It not only tore my bimini apart and bent the stainless steel support poles, but it also landed on the seats and ripped a huge hole in the upholstery. This is a $90K Chris Craft Launch, so I was a bit upset and disappointed when it was dropped off. Wade called me on the day it was delivered and asked how it was going. I told him the problem and he said to send him an email with photos, and he would take care of it. I did just as he requested, and to this day (Over 2 months ago) he has yet to reach back out to me. I have called, emailed and texted him 3-4 times a week, and now his phone is turned off, and he NEVER responds to text messages or emails. This guy is running a business and taking a risk each time he transports something for someone. I have researched his DOT number, and he has several claims listed against him. He also does not carry insurance the $750K as required. His current operating status is "Out of service". I have since started with my own money repairing the $10K in damage that was done to my boat from using him as a transporter. Please be cautious when booking with him. Do your research first. Search his DOT number, phone number, name and business. You will see exactly what I am talking about. His DOT number operates under several different names and on other shipping websites. CAUTION!!!!!!!!!

She was amazing! Very prompt and kept me updated on ETA. She is great with the animals and they had a cranky parrot to transport. I was completely confident throughout the trip and the delivery went smoothly to the person directly getting the bird. I would definitely recommend her for any pet shipments or any other kind for that matter. She is very pleasant to work with and constant updates keep your peace of mind.

Angela was to transport a puppy for me from Texas to Georgia, pick up date was to be April 15, deliver on April 16 she had conflict with another delivery she was on she could not pick up my dog until Sunday April 16. The agreed upon time was 5 pm, she texted me at 2:30 pm to let me know she would not make it. She contacted me on Monday April 17 to let me know she could pick my dog up Wednesday April 19 in the morning hours, we agreed upon 9:30 am at my work. She did not show up. It is now Friday April 21 and I have heard nothing from her, apparently she is not someone who keeps her word.

Shane picked up and delivered furniture from NY to NC. (wicker sofa, chair and lantern). He was very friendly over the phone - and kept me up to date on pick up and delivery. When there was a small delay, he notified me and worked around my schedule for the pickup. He did a great job - and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at this sight. It can be scary not knowing who's moving what - but with Shane, you can rest assured that everything will be ok!!

Deb was a blessing. So sweet to both my dog Mia and my family. I was so pleased with her beyond words. Don't book with anyone else, but Deb, she is genuine, and it is evident she loves her job, and people. I was discouraged by two males that accepted the job, and days before cancelled. But as they say if you want a job done and done right, hire a women. Hire Deb, she will not let you down she is worth so much more than she charged. We bonded immediately, and Mia who does not like strangers, took to Deb quickly. I love my dog and felt I left her in good hands, and her weather was bad, snow, ice etc and she got Mia to her destination almost to the time she said. I love the up dates as the trip progressed. Roger was terrific. After making a very quick plan, he arrived at my house precisely on time. He took care in the way he loaded our shipment, and his wife who was helping was very friendly. They kept me apprised of progress on the road and of their time of arrival, where I was coordinating having a neighbor come to let them in the house. They seem to be a very responsible and hard working team, and I would definitely recommend their services.

Many people treat their pets as family, so when you need a family member as we did (our dog) transported 1800 miles across country you want someone you can depend on. Shane's Smooth Ride is the one you want transporting. Driving up through the Colorado mountains in a snow store and then across country Shane really came through for us. We received daily updates and our dog was treated like a king. If I have any other transport needs Shane will be at the top of my list!!!

Jane did an excellent job transporting my 3 precious cats from Charlotte, NC, all the way to Burbank, CA. She kept me updated before picking them up, which allowed me to coordinate my moving priorities and responsibilities, and I really appreciated receiving texts about my cats as she crossed the country with them. It certainly gave me peace of mind. She was able to get to Burbank early which was great because although Jane is a genuinely sweet person, one of my cats is definitely not a fan of riding in cars. Although I have no desire to move in the near future, I would use Jane again and recommend her if needed.

Jane wells frequently says she runs into "Car trouble" Additionally, she led me on, and then spilled her life problems on to why she couldn't refund me my money and then mocked me when I mentioned she was in breach of contract by changing dates when my dates were clear on my listing. After I was forced to go with her or risk losing my 50% Deposit (of her original bid of $425) and asking for her licensing information when the dog was delivered she then casually told me "Oh, its on the original contract" and then proceeded to block me. Therefore acknowledging that knew the entire time she was in breach of contract. My dog was received healthy and in good shape, however I would not use Jane again, as it was an ordeal from the time i accepted her until the dog was delivered, and also because of the way she spoke to me after she began changing dates/times and I began to ask questions as well as afterwards.

Tiffiney not only transported our fur babies (a dog and 2 cats) in a timely manor. . She constantly kept us updated with texts and pictures. It was a long transport 18+ hours and she made our animals feel comfortable and secure through it all. Not only would I use Tiffiney again. . . I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

No way around it: Joe is abysmal at communication. That said, he got me my stuff.
