I booked Shane and his crew to transfer my motorcycle from Florida to Pennsylvania. I wanted the bike by a certain date for a trip. My original driver canceled on me and Shane and crew were able to get the job done even though it was last mine. Great communication from Shane and JT(the driver who delivered the bike) JT would give me updates on where he was and his eta every few hours. Within 3 days I was able to book, get the bike picked up, and dropped off. I highly recommend Shane and his crew for any transportation needs as they are fast, trustworthy, fair in price and are great with communication. Thanks again on a job well done guys

I paid a processing fee of 84.15 to book Tab. I have not been refunded and also had to pay another processing fee for another driver because Tab canceled on me. Complete waste of time and money that I didn't get back

First of all Maurice lies about pick up times, arrival times, and almost anything else that he could along the way. The trip to pick up and deliver our dog should have taken 14 hours that was told when hiring him, and itt ook 42 hours. We had to end up meeting him other than the original drop off location due to it taking so long. After finally getting our dog, the breeder in Georgia was contacted to let know we had possession. At that time, I was told that during the transport our dog was neglected and left in the back of a truck in a crate in freezing temperatures causing citizens to become concerned and call the police. This in turn caused the police to take our dog to the animal shelter. They contacted the breeder because that was the name on the dogs collar otherwise, Maurice probably would not have gotten our dog back. I am so frustrated that I trusted a service like this with our dog.

They got it to me, but that's about it. Payment was more complicated than it needed to be. They required a deposit at pick up and wanted cash... but pick up was not my location, it was an auction house. So they reluctantly took my payment via square. They picked it up and dropped it off. Would have liked a bit more notice, but not horrible. At pick up, they wanted cash again, wanted me to go to a bank on Sunday to get cash. Like most people I don't keep too much in cash and the late notice didn't allow me to prepare ahead of time. Anyhow, they reluctantly took my payment again via square, I offered to cover the 2% charge from square. I would have recommended them if they didn't sit in their nasty van and attempt to lecture me on how it's my fault I didn't have cash for them. Overall, not professional, but they did deliver it. Find someone else if you would like my advice.

Not only did Bobbie bring me my new service/show puppy safe and sound he went above and beyond to make the whole exsperience easy on me and my family. He ended up driving my pup two more hours out of his way straight to my front door. so i didnt have to leave my home fresh out of surgery at no extra charge. already being about 1200$ less then then another big named nyc pet transport company. who told me my puppy would be kept in there boarding kennel for two days and they could only bring him two hours away from where i am. Bobbie even camped in his car in the middle of nyc overnight to make sure my new additon got picked up on time and brought home to me safe. Bobbie seemed to care deeply about making sure my puppy was happy durring his long journey home. walking him every few hours he stoped and purchased him food. And kept in contact with me so i knew how the pup was doing and wouldnt be nervous. the dog was so comfortable with him by the time he pulled in are driveway the puppy didnt want to leave bobbie or his van lol. The pups breeder and i plan to use his services again anytime we need one of are pups transported. we strongly suggest you do to! He had a small hiccup that made him a day late (tire blow out in the middle of nowhere) but things happen and he delivered it unharmed. He stayed in contact throughout the delivery process. His correspondence are sometimes delayed for most of the day though. (I just assume he is driving)
