Having to leave our dog behind for 3 months in Florida while we worked on buying a house in Ohio was difficult but to also trust someone that you didn't know to transport your 8 year old dog was even more difficult. I can say this, I was very skeptical at first but after I spoke with Marcey she began to set my mind at ease. Her communication is wonderful and her love for animals is even greater. Throughout this whole process she kept in communication with me and throughout the journey to Ohio, kept us up to date with photos and text messages. This is aweful. I placed my listing clearly stating pick up the 4th and delivery on the fifth. Hussein said he could pick up. I booked them. 2 hours later they want more money for purchasing a kennel. Then two hours latee they want 50 % up front. Still nevee telling me when they can do the job. I am a driver, Bankitsafe. I informed them that Ineeded help and placed listing on Citizenshipper. They booked but never intended to do the job as described on screen for drivers to see. And the terrible things said by them to me about Citizenshipper warrants looking into by Citizenshipper management. I was a shipping customer and was treated awfully.

Our family purchased two 15 week old puppies from a breeder in Arkansas, from the moment that we signed a contract for Tiffiney to deliver them to our home in New York she continued to keep open communication with us with regard to when they stopped and how the boys were doing and as to there location along the route.
