We are local to the Winston Salem, NC area but provide our outstanding service nationwide. After 32 years in the financial industry, it was time for a change of pace and I decided to incorporate two of my most favorite things, animals & traveling. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I am a pet parent too, and understand the stress of trusting another person with your beloved companion. I transport only one pet at a time, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve. I will accept more than one pet only if they are from the same house or from the same breeder. Every animal we transport is treated like one of our own. We crate pets based on owners preference, unless they are aggressive or too young to ride on the seat safely tethered in with a pet seatbelt. However, we discuss this decision with the owner first. Car travel can sometimes be rough on our furry friends, and we all need to stretch our legs. You can expect your pup to be exercised 20-30 minutes per stop (weather and pet temperament depending) with stops every 3-4 hours during the day or more on an as needed basis. We also offer flight nanny services for small pets, up to 20 lbs., traveling by air. I will escort your furbaby in-cabin, ensuring they’re safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. Important Information: Bathing Requirement: ALL companions must be bathed and dry upon pick-up. Client's Supplies: Clients are encouraged to provide their preferred food, harness & leash, bedding (e.g., blankets, towels), chew toys, and kennel/crating. However, we do offer these supplies as well. All travel crates must meet the USDA requirements. Accommodations: We stay in pet-friendly hotels only when absolutely necessary. We stay with the animals at all times, taking routine rest breaks at Travel Centers. Overnight driving is avoided whenever possible to prioritize safety for us and our passengers. Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, we will need a note from the vet with dosage instructions. We follow your instructions to the letter when it comes to feeding and medications. Puppy transport - puppies under 16 wks of age are not put on the ground at any time! We use disposable puppy pads and sanitize often to keep little ones safe and healthy! Our "no ground touch" policy keeps puppies away from parvo and other life threatening illnesses. Citizenshipper Fees: Please note that Citizenshipper fees are separate from our price, and we cannot access information on their charges. Once hired, you will be provided with my contact information. When will you be able to give me a timeframe for pickup/drop off? A: The most accurate timeframe (a 2-hour window) will be provided the day before pickup/delivery. However, it is not guaranteed in cases where circumstances beyond our control arise. What information is needed from me? A: We require a copy of the shot records, pickup/delivery addresses and phone numbers, and information about any and all medical conditions. How do I pay you? A: After booking, we request a 50% deposit. You can conveniently make the deposit through Zelle using the phone number provided. Additionally, we accept payments through Venmo, PayPal, and Credit Cards, with a 3.5% fee for the latter two (PayPal and Credit Cards). Feel free to choose the option that works best for you. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery before possession is taken. Please no checks, travelers checks, or money orders. Are there any hidden or extra charges? A: The only charge, in addition to our bid, is a fee charged by Citizenshipper for the use of their site. We do not impose any additional charges. Can I provide my own crate? A: If you have a PLASTIC crate, you can provide it; we just need to be informed beforehand. Unfortunately, we cannot transport pets in metal crates due to USDA regulations. Do you offer flight nanny services? 
 A: Yes, we provide flight nanny services. If you specify in your description that you prefer a flight nanny, we will offer you a quote for airport-to-airport travel. If you require pickup or drop-off from a location other than the airport, please let us know for an updated bid. What is your refund policy? A: If you cancel there are no refunds. If I cancel there's a 100% refund. Do you offer GPS tracking? A: Yes, we can provide real-time location. Do you stop for a walk and food? A: Yes, we stop every 3-4 hours to walk your pets, provide meals, and ensure their well-being. Pets are not let out during HEAVY rain, blizzards, temperatures above 95°, or sandstorms. Pets are fed based on the schedule provided by the breeder/owner.
