Hello! My name is Chris, and I am the owner of JB Ranch & Transport Services. Justin is the co-owner, equestrian, and one of the primary drivers. We are based out of Columbia, SC and operate a transport service to fulfill your needs. We specialize in transporting vehicles, small to medium sized boats, and all breeds of pets and animals. I have a team of 3 drivers and 3 handlers.
We have transported used and scrapped vehicles with door-to-door service or to a scrap/junk yard based upon the owner's preference. In addition, we have transported boats up to the size of an 18-person pontoon boat. We personally own an 18-person pontoon boat.
We have transported small to large breed animals, including cats, dogs, and horses. We own four (4) small to medium sized breeds (2 chihuahuas - Miracle and Brownie, 1 chorkie - Zeus, and 1 American bully - Pandora). In addition, we own 12 Quarter Horses and 2 Tennessee Walkers. We have bred and raised horses for over twenty years. I have one (1) horse breeder and trainer on the team who serves as a driver and handler as well.
🐕🦺 We provide your pet with a safe, comfortable, caring, and loving transport experience. We treat your pet like a member of our family during the transport experience.
We make stops generally every 3-4 hours to take potty breaks, food, and play breaks as needed. For longer trips, breaks will occur during gas refills. We send photos at each stop.
We share location with customers, so you can track your pet along the route.
🐕 We transport pets in a crate based on owners preference. For owners who prefer their pet to ride on the seat, we provide pet seat belts to safely tether your pet in the seat. However, we discuss which decision is best for your pet with you prior to transport and upon arrival.
🐈 Cats are contained in a carrier and will be in a carrier the entire duration of the trip with litter box, food, and water.
🚙 We do not transport more than three (3) different clients' pets in one trip. Each pet needs to feel safe and comfortable and have the ability to socialize with the handler to build trust during transport.
💵 I require 50% the amount as a DEPOSIT when BOOKING and contract signing to block that date and the remainder 30 mins before delivery time. Deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours after booking.
💵 I will send an invoice to receive the deposit at the time the bid is accepted. My bid fees are separate and do not include the Citizenshipper fee.
🦮 I verify pickup through pic of the pet on pickup.
💵 Citizenshipper fee is not included in the bid fee. That is a separate fee.
💵 I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and CashApp as deposit and final payment as well. In addition, you can use secure payment via Stripe; however, you will be responsible for the processing fee.
