I am so thankful for Karen’s help. I needed to transport my new puppy from Albany to the bronx & I was getting astronomical quotes. She is very prompt, patient, and friendly. It is obvious that she absolutely loves animals and treats them with utmost care. I will absolutely be using her in the future for any shipments that need to be completed. She is very patient and I was very impressed with her.
