Your pet will be transported in cabin with me and seated comfortably in a large, airline approved, pet carrier! I will be updating you before, during (if wifi is available) , and right after we get off our flight . You will have my personal number and are encouraged to message me as often as you would like. Upfront Payment for Confirmed flight is all that we require, Additional amount (Service Fee) can be paid upon your satisfaction after the trip is complete. After having an absolute nightmare experience with a different transport, John really came through to get our dog home to us. John was so great with our new little girl, Invy!! He was always available to call/text with, and very knowledgeable of the process! He was so professional and kept us in the loop with their every move! We could not have been happier that we chose John as our pet commuter for our new puppy, Lana. John was very kind, reassuring, informative, and experienced. He sent updates and pictures all along the way and was always relaxed and confident with the process. I could not imagine the bar being set higher than the experience that John provided-it was just so easy and we had a really good peace of mind the entire way. That, and you can tell he really loves animals and our sweet little puppy was well cared for. Highly recommend!
