I can’t believe I’m leaving this 5 months later but I am because she deserves it! Elena had to reschedule due to an emergency but she went above and beyond to bring my puppy to me. She kept in touch the whole time (8 hours of travel with my puppy) and though I didn’t request or pay for it, my puppy was the only one being transported. When she arrived, she had her in the most comfortable car seat I’ve ever seen for a puppy. She kept her close when she was nervous and loved on her through tons of NYC traffic. She has all the certifications and qualifications required even taking extra courses that most don’t and they aren’t cheap. I highly recommend her and am only sorry it took me so long to come here to review. It should tell you all you need to know that I came here 5 months later and she has no idea nor asked me to do this. Amazing!! Me and Penny thank you, Elena!! 🐶🐾

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the initial correspondence to drop off, Elena was communicative, kind, empathetic, reliable, accommodating and compassionate. She took great care of the dog in transit, and even better care of the dog owners. She made room in her schedule to meet our needs and her price was reasonable. Lily was the only dog being transported - much easier on the dog. I wouldn't hesitate to use this transport again and have no hesitation in recommending her to others. An all around positive experience.

When youre putting your trust in someone for a shipping process "We Carry Paws" is one of the best. I felt like my puppy was in great hands the entire way through the trip.
