I’m overjoyed with my experience thanks to Parris. She cares for my crazy, hyper, sweet, jumpy puppy as much as I do. Parris was more than compassionate to the situation that created the need to transport my dog a long distance with me as the driver, and even dig into alternatives when I wasn’t sure I had a place for my dog to go- a destination unknown moment that Paris handled with courtesy, professionalism, genuine compassion and empathy. I’ve never seen my dog handled with grace- I honestly didn’t think it possible in his current untrained, under exercised state. We’ve been traveling for a couple months after leaving a rural home in the remote countryside north of Texas. My dog, Ripple, had begun displaying signs of fearful aggression likely as a result of the increasing uncertainty of our shared circumstances and his cattle dog/ blue Lacy heritage coupled with a uniquely sensitive temperament and lack of socialization & proper training. So I was nervous to the point of not being able to sleep in finding a solution. I enlisted citizen shipper to aid in finding transport for my dog to my ex who’s known ripple since puppyhood. This ex’s house was three hours from my current hotel, and I was staying an hour from Parris. This amazing woman gently soothed my extreme emotions about the debacle I was facing after Ripple nearly injured a dog just earlier the day I posted the trip. She listened carefully to each concern I had for my dog and answered thoughtfully when I asked her opinions or advice on aspects of the matter. Without being asked Parris cleared her schedule to accommodate me as I continued to figure things out through the evening. She and I settled on a destination and pickup time with only a couple hours notice. I hate that I kept this amazing woman waiting but I couldn’t help my dragging feet as I said goodbye to my furry four legged chaos puppy - Parris acted like I was the only client in the world- I heard ZERO complaints on taking the time I needed to part with my pooch. I was a mess and she just kept her cool and helped me walk my dog before loading him in. After tearful goodbyes, off they went- Parris had season appropriate treats on hand as well as high quality food- I think it was even the Fromm Gold Puppy food I feed Ripple! The treats- soft doggy friendly meat treats shaped like gingerbread men! A week before Christmas- details like this matter to me extra! Parris stopped and walked ripple twice! Like good sincere walks which I know because she endured I knew where they were at all times and what they both were doing. I knew where Ripple was in her car for the entire drive even, wow - I never would’ve guessed how much these details mattered until her thoughtful actions showed me. Parris afforded Ripple the happiest, safest car ride I could’ve hoped for & gave me peace of mind when I thought it impossible. She was on time, courteous, respectful, and helped restore a sense of well being to both me and my dog. If Parris were a political candidate I’d campaign for her on my own dime. If she were a cult - a dog related cult only- I’d prolly join, ok- definitely would, lol. Honestly I cannot thank this woman enough and am delighted to recommend her. She’s a saint and a savior, & at least for this Christmas - the best gift I could’ve asked for my beloved Ripple. Honestly, if you’re considering any other driver for your pet, stop. A Pawsitive Ride is pawsitively the best thing that’ll ever happen to you and your pet in the realm of transport. I hope she finds a way to clone herself so we can all get service as great as what Parris provided us: I’m happy to answer any questions that her prospective clients may have- it’s the least I can do for this great gal.
