We are a USDA registered and insured business team of husband and wife. We are here to offer the ultimate travel experience in a safe, secure stress -free environment full of attention and care. We limit the amount of guests onboard to ensure this. Our bids are reflective of our low capacity. We have been transporting much longer than our Citizenshipper account has been active. We are very experienced and do this for the love of the animals. We understand we carry the most precious cargo. Whether your fur baby is coming to join you as a new member of your FURever family or you are being reunited after some time apart, we will insure the trip will be safe, timely, and offer open communication the entire way. We are very honest and transparent, any questions will be answered. If you see any reviews you have questions about, we can help. We do require a health certificate and proof of up to date shot records. Immediately upon booking, we will establish a group text for ease of communication . You will receive texts, photos, videos and live GPS tracking updates along the journey. We enjoy making your pets feel like royalty offering frequent breaks to get relief, run and stretch and play all while maintaining our schedule. Vehicles and equipment are sanitized regularly for health and safety of your pets. *We do require a 10% deposit upon booking * This is none refundable if you cancel for any reason. If we cancel for any reason, you will get a 100% refund. Citizenshipper fees are separate from our quote (this is outside of our control and are based on the distance in miles) We receive balance of payment upon delivery . We gladly accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo or even CashApp. *ETAs for pickup and delivery are provided the day prior with regular updates the day of departure Thank you for your time and consideration. Douglas was excellent!! I was very concerned about transporting my 12 year old lab (he had just lost his big sister two weeks prior so there was a lot of transition). Amelia and Douglas were great! We had a unique scenario where they had to pickup our dogs from an international flight and then drive them to Houston. They were on time when the dogs arrived at the airport and they arrived safely in Houston. They kept us updated with photos which was great. Our dogs are our children and they were in good hands with DNA Pet Relocating Services. I highly recommend them, will recommend them to friends, and if needed will use them in the future again.

Absolutely would book with them again. This was my first time using a transporter and they were great. Communication from start to finish was amazing. They are so kind and it’s evident they love and care about the animals they work with. I was having a new dog I adopted transporter from his current home to me. They were so easy to coordinate with and we’re right on schedule for pick up and drop off, with great communication and updates along the way! Amazing people and service!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Best pet transport service ever! Doug and Angie kept me updated every day with photos and comments on my Henry. They were incredible to work with. Very understanding of this Mama’s nerves. I would recommend them 10,000 times over. Will definitely be using them again if I need to. Thank you for taking such great care of my amazing Henry.

This was an amazing experience! I had someone last minute cancel on me and other people who were just not quick in responding after I posted again. They were so quick to reply willing take my kennel I needed fly to Japan with an kept me updated with pictures and text. It was such a smooth experience and would book with my eyes closed next time. My husky arrived to me and had absolutely no stress was not shedding from bad anxiety which lets me know she was in great hands. Plus they literally would stop her at parks sometimes to run off some energy and that made me so happy to see because it was such a long ride. Thank you again !!!!!!!!
