I am a high-energy, 50 year young, husband, father, and grandfather. I am a “dog dad” too! Between my children, wife and me, we have 9 dogs at the moment (Nov 2021). I’m a military veteran and have served in trusted first-responder positions on active duty and as a civil servant in the United States federal government for the vast majority of my adult life. I really enjoy driving/traveling and derive great pleasure from helping my fellow citizens. Why not combine the two, right?! I am somewhat of a workaholic! Even while serving on active duty and working full time as a civil servant, I have always carried some sort of part time job or side gig. I also currently have two successful LLC’s and I’ve been running my own side businesses for over 20 years. I am a safe and responsible driver. I have a valid Class A , accident-free, commercial drivers license with zero points. I’m fully insured and have regularly maintained late model vehicles. I drove a variety of vehicles in the military to include 5 ton troop carrying/cargo trucks. I have driven 18 wheels as an over the road long-haul trucker in my mid 20s. I have driven for various limousine companies in my local area. I have done work in the rideshare community for Uber and Lyft. I have done high-end executive SUV service as a private hire driver. I have worked for the companies Bungii, Dolly, Pick Up, Roadie and Dispatch with my trucks/trailers. Each of these provide help for small moves around the local community. I have moved everything from beds to bikes to boxer puppies. I have moved an entire townhouse full of furniture and household goods from Baltimore to Las Vegas all the while towing a Honda Civic behind a box van. I have transported a Nissan Sentra from DC to LA recently. I have had multiple motorcycles and/or lawn tractors on my trailer and delivered them from dealerships/repair shops to private residences. All this was within time and budgetary peramiters and all were free of trauma and drama. Incident and accident free transport is what I’m all about. I carry a handtruck, a furniture dolly, moving blankets, tarps, plastic stretch wrap, packing tape, ratchet straps, bungee cords, motorcycle (MC) wheel chocks, MC handlebar harnesses, lasso style tire tie down ratchet straps.
