If there are any failures or changes to a carrier’s status, we are notified immediately and they are removed from our network until we are able to verify that the issue has been resolved. BOOKING/PAYMENT POLICY: 1. Full payment is due upon booking using our internal checkout system, CitizenShipper collects a fee that is charged separately from our fee. You may therefore use a credit/debit card. 2. CUSTOMER NEVER PAYS THE DRIVER DIRECTLY, ALL THE PAYMENT IS DUE UPON BOOKING TO ACERTUS DIRECTLY. 3. After the booking unless provided on the listing forms, VIN is required in order to get a carrier assigned for your shipment. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 1.
