Very happy with my experience. They took care of my puppy and kept me updated along the way.

They were very accommodating and patient with scheduling the pickup time. They even had to wait a little bit before my rescue dog could be picked up and I am so appreciative of them doing that. They are very nice people and provided great pictures and were in constant communication along the way. Charlie had a very comfortable trip too. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Wow! What a great, human experience . Robin and Allen have great communication and are super sweet people. I felt 100% comfortable having my 2 year old husky mix transported from arizona to Upstate NY in just 4 days! Truly compassionate animal lovers, who will cater to your dogs unique needs. They do not just crate the animal, they allow your animal to be free in the bus, if that's ok with you, and our doggo, bella arrived happy healthy! 100% recommend thier school bus transport. Way better and more cozy than a white van with a bunch of crates stacked in the back.

Robin and Allan are a great team. Mocha made it safely to FL! She had a very confortable ride! Robin kept us posted on their journey. Mocha took to them right away and didn't even miss us. I would highly recommend Red Ladder Bus. They are easy to communicate with, fairly priced and above all, the most compassionate animal loving people. They went above and beyond to get our new puppy to our home in the safest way.

I was very skeptical at having my newest dog transported across the states from Phoenix to kansas, but Red Ladder Bus was very nice and informative about the whole ordeal. There was lots of pictures and i was updated at any inconvenience. All in all i will definitely be using them again if i ever need to transport my baby hands down. if i could 100/10 stars! <3

The experience with Robin and Allan could not have been better. They were very responsive, sent me so many pictures and updated along the way and took such great care of my Goldendoodle, Gigi. She had freedom to lounge and snuggle with Robin as well as hang with the other animals on the trip. But also had a safe crate to sleep in at night. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an animal transport. I promise you will not be disappointed. They were fantastic.

Ran into a delivery cancellation and only had hours to spare to get my black Labrador retriever puppy picked up. The Red Ladder bus came through and two days later our newest family member was playing in our living room. I want to thank them for doing this for us and I would highly recommend them anytime for any situation. Ty again

Allan and Robin were exceptional! Zero complaints, only praise! We bought a puppy from out of state, so we were apprehensive to rely on someone else to bring her to us. But Allan and Robin made the whole process stress free. They were very responsive throughout the bidding process and especially during the transport. They sent lots of photos and videos during their travels and kept us well informed of their progress. They shared their insights into our puppy's personality, and with every text, we became more excited to meet her! I can't recommend them enough! And the Red Ladder Bus is amazing! What a great way to transport your new puppy!! I'd rate them more than 5 starts if I could.
