I’m a wife, mom & mema to a wonderful family! We’ve always had animals both personal & 4H. I can fly ✈️ or drive you’re furbaby to you safely & reliably. FAQ: How long have you been transporting pets? I’ve transported my own pets & 4H livestock all my life. Using that experience to transport for others ❣️ What are your policies and procedures? All that good stuff is below! Are you licensed and insured? I’m USDA certified & am fully insured! How often do you stay in contact with me during the trip? I will communicate with you via text, phone call, FaceTime or messenger video at all stops. You will also have access to real time GPS tracking via Life360! How often do you let the animals out? Every 2-4 hours & every “human” potty break. No feet on the ground for puppies under 16 weeks old! What do you do with animals that stay with you overnight? Use pet friendly hotels or Airbnb, animals will NOT be left in the vehicle unattended. What supplies should I pack for my pet? Be sure to provide enough food for the trip, a collar/harness, leash, bedding and any medication. I will provide water & bowls. Will you be able to follow the special instructions I provide you with for my specific pets? Absolutely! You are the boss when it comes to your animal & every attempt will be made to care for him/her just like you would! *Payment policy* If I’m transporting a puppy/cat I will purchase a soft sided pet carrier for your animal. Cost is generally between $45-65. That cost will be included in your total fee and the carrier will be yours upon delivery of your pet. A 50% deposit of the total owed is required to hold your spot at the time of booking, and can be paid using Cash App or Venmo. The remaining 50% is due 2 hrs prior to delivery if driving or before boarding my flight if flying, and can be paid using Cash App or Venmo. Your animal will not be released until payment is made IN FULL. If your delay causes us to stay overnight you will be charged additional fees for the care of your pet until delivery can be made. Additional care fee is $100.00/day, (to cover unexpected hotel expense) plus mileage at .65 per mile to your delivery location, and is due before final delivery of the pet. Refund/Canelation Policy: **Per CitizenShipper For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver - by this time the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver **Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two.

Choosing the right person to bring your ‘baby’ across country isn’t easy, especially when it’s the first time using a service like this. Lisa could not have made the process or the experience any better. Her quick responses, questions to make sure our needs were met, and frequent touch-bases made us feel all that more comfortable with this arrangement. Lisa took the time to text as well as speak on the phone to plan/map out her trip and ensure nothing was left to chance. We appreciated the GPS tracking and the texts with pictures along the way, from pickup to delivery. The icing on the cake was Lisa helping to surprise our daughter with her new furry friend. Now if only we had another puppy for Lisa to bring to us...hmm....Thanks, Lisa! <3

Lisa is very reliable and was very communicative throughout the whole process of bringing my puppy from a different state. She was always willing to talk on the phone and answer any questions I had. Also she’s just a very likable and warm person! Highly recommend her to anyone!

Lisa was exactly the right person to transport my pup after a long flight from Russia and a several hour more drive from Illinois to Ohio. She was professional, polite, responsive and accommodating. I really appreciated her kindness to my pet and her open communication style. Lisa created GPS tracking through Life360 and I was to monitor travel then prepare for home arrival. I would highly recommend Lisa and strongly encourage people to use her services as a courier. She worked well with another courier in Russia as well as airport staff. Thank you Lisa ?
