Trusting someone to transport your furry baby across the country is not an easy decision to make. That being said, Margo made it an easy choice! She was immensely communicative. Her response time was exceptional and her updates brought so much peace of mind. Margo kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was so kind and loving towards my furry baby. We couldn’t be happier with the amazing service and care that Margo provided for our furry friends! We were admittedly a little nervous about sending our pets across the country with someone we didn’t know, but Margo was amazing every step of the process. She communicated clearly and promptly, provided several text, photo, and video updates every day of the trip, continuously updated the Google Maps tracking link so we could see their progress along the way, and arrived to our destination in record time. It is clear that Margo cares deeply and wants the best for all pets and pet parents she works with.
