Melissa was very helpful when taking care of my feline friend. She kept an open line of communication with me before and after my cat retrieval. Once she picked up my kitty she gave an itinerary of where they would be staying and specific locations. Lastly, she provided frequent videos and messages of the status of my kitty. Melissa was really helpful and ensured the safety of transporting my cat.

Melisa is a wonderful transporter and very conscientious person. She transported my Eli from Ohio to Montana. I receiving pictures and videos twice per day. The SUV was spacious and Eli had the entire seat to lay down in. Eli traveled without being in a cage. I hope to use Melisa again in the future.

This has been an amazing journey for my pet Blaze. I did not feel comfortable putting him on an airplane by himself when I myself has anxiety with flying. With our recent move, me having to place him in a kennel for over a week, I know he would be skittish having to fly him out. Our driver, Kahu Delivery Service, owned by Melisa was very personable, she was on time, she kept me informed about Blaze’s wellbeing, her travel plans and stops to get to the final destination from Springfield VA to El Paso, TX. She sent me texts and videos continuously, showed each place they roomed for the night. I felt self assured and confident I made the right decision. SHE IS THE BEST AND GIVE HER HIGH PRAISES. Melisa was great! Her communication was excellent in every step of the process of delivering my new puppy from Tuscon to my home in the Los Angeles area. I appreciate the challenges transporting a young puppy during a full day of traveling, but she meant them, and my puppy arrived happy and safe.
