As a person who breeds smaller dogs, I was a little concerned with low reviews and when the company didn’t have tracking option available for this puppy delivery. Also they had other animals on board so it wasn’t a solo ride so the trip did take three days for the delivery of the pup . However, it is a very clean, well organized vehicle. They even come with blankets food, bowls, crates for each individual pet and pillows ! Also not only did the company agreed to sign a responsibility waiver in Lou of not having tracking which is for their own company, safety procedures, (which we totally understood ) . They also sent a photo and many text updates . Ultimately, when the puppy arrived at her new home myself as the breeder was notified with a photo from the carrier service of her with her new family. My clients even wanted to tip the puzzle Piece carrier service for their great service. I will surely be using this using this pet courier service again. Very reasonable prices, very accommodating, and very trustworthy!

I don’t post reviews often, but I need to let y’all know how great they are! I was so nervous to send my cat (and a few belongings) to Florida from Maryland. I asked so many question, Christien was patient and explained the whole process. The second I met him and his wife, I knew I picked the right people. They sent me updates along the whole trip. They even watched my fur baby at their home over night. 110% would recommend them & use them again. They’re wonderful people, running a wonderful business. Absolutely amazing! They keep me updated on with pictures during pickup, potty breaks and drop off. Unfortunately they day of travel they had to come thru a hail storm, but they keep me updated on ETA the entire time. My baby arrived happy and well cared for. Puzzle Piece Carriers did a fantastic job in transporting and caring for our new- very young puppy. The picked up our puppy from San Antonio Tx, and delivered to central NJ in great time.
