Over five star reviews! To Basil and Jack and their grandson Will. My three animals had a perfect few days on the long trip from Seattle to New York! They are good to the animals, regularly update their daily schedule and status, interact with them, play with them, and let them felt warm! They stopped everyday during the trip in case the doggy needed to be walked. They provide a 100 percent safety not only gave to the owner, but I believe also gave to the animals! I think their service is 100/100 absolutely and I can't be picky about anything. I hope Basil's family will be better and better in the future! Thanks again!

Creature Comforts Transport was AMAZING!! We left two of our three dogs in Oregon to be picked up for transport to our new home in Virginia. They were very communicative before our trip and answered all of our questions and sent pictures and updates along their trip to us. They are super flexible and made us feel at ease. Our two dogs arrived super happy and were well cared for and content for their long approximately 2500 mile journey. Highly recommend!!!!! I don't know where to begin. It took me over a month to make a decision on who I wanted to transport my recently deceased sister's dog from Washington to New Jersey. I could not have made a better choice. Basil and Jack were amazing. The care and love that Cowboy received went above and beyond. Daily updates and pictures. Very down to earth, lovely people. I would recommend Creature Comforts Transport without hesitation. They made a very stressful and sad situation much easier.

They worked to accommodate our scheduling and special requests, and clearly cared a lot about making the journey as nice as possible for our pup. And great communication and pictures. Basil and Jack were fantastic! They took care of my 12 week old puppy as they transported him from Wisconsin all the way to Atlanta! They also included pictures and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I would recommend creature comforts and their services to anyone who wants quality care for their babies!

Basil and Jack took such great care of my babies! They traveled from WA to IN and the whole way I got pictures and updates. We would absolutely trust Creature Comforts to transport our cats again! They transported our 5 cats over 2000 miles. We were nervous to have anyone look after our kitties, but Basil and Jack were so kind, and accommodating and most importantly they kept the cats safe and comfortable for the long journey. They had a wonderful set up of larger cates for comfortable transport and small fans for each cage so that the cats were always kept at a comfortable temperature. We routinely received updates and pictures throughout the journey. They were always vigilant and never put the cats in a situation where they had a chance to escape. We have a couple shy cats, but Basil handled them lovely and gaining their trust. They also made sure to let the cats have space to run around and exercise throughout the trip. Basil was also wonderful at answering my many questions before and during the trip, responding quickly and always taking our input. If you need your fur babies transported, I would 100% suggest Creature Comforts! Great price and better service!

Amazing transport service! I was apprehensive of many companies that offered pet transport due to horror stories I head heard about and read. Basil and her husband were so amazing throughout the entire process, and I felt so at ease. I was sent multiple updates, pictures and videos. Prior to joining, Basil answered every question I had and reassured us that our fur baby was in excellent hands. If I ever need to transport my babies again, I will 100% rebook with Basil and her family!

Basil and Jack did an absolutely perfect job getting my new puppy to me. They provided tons of updates for me as they traveled all the way from MN to DC, texting me about my new puppy’s personality and their progress. I felt so at ease because of their great communication. The puppy even got to us a day ahead of schedule :) we cannot recommend Basil and Jack enough! Not only are they reasonably priced, they are the perfect people to trust with your furry family. Will certainly be booking their services again if I ever need pet ground transport again. 6 out of 5 stars if I could give them!
