The bikes and accessories were picked up and delivered within two days of booking. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend this carrier.

I recently used this vehicle transportation service, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. The vehicles arrived safe and sound, and the driver was friendly and professional, which I really appreciated. However, I do have a recommendation for improvement: communication. While Jason did respond to my inquiries, there wasn’t a solid date or time for pickup until the day of, which happened to be very close to the final deadline for pickup. This caused a bit of stress and uncertainty during the process. That said, the service ultimately delivered on its promise, and I’m glad my vehicles were transported without issue. With some improvements in communication, this could easily be a five-star experience

Jason was easy to work with, scheduled my pickup as soon as he could, and communicated with me constantly. The driver made it over 1100 miles in two days.

Do yourself a favor and book your shipment with Jason. It's about as stress-free transaction as possible. I searched for a while (and hit some dead-ends) to get someone reliable to transport a snowbike, which isn't the most common vehicle so there was some risk. The bike and it's accessories box/parts were delivered in 1 day, secured perfectly and no delays or issues. Excellent communication along the way. I'll be a return customer 100%!
