Yvonne was great! She safely got pup from California to Texas, her price was fair, she was responsive and took care of pup. If I need someone in the future I will definitely book with her again!

I’m very impressed. We were able to follow along via GPS through the whole trip. Got a couple of photos along the way, and our Frenchie was delivered as promised in healthy and happy condition.

Amazing service! Was quick to respond and kept me updated the whole time.

Yvonne was so wonderful with our dog on a trip from Florida to Maine. The experience couldn’t have been better. They communicated clearly and frequently throughout the trip and arrived ahead of schedule. We really appreciated all that she did along the way to make it a smooth and easy trip for our dog (and a comfortable and worry free one for us waiting on the other end). Thank you!! She made us feel so secure sending our baby bird with her, she kept in touch every step of the way and most importantly she treated our bird like a part of her family! I would absolutely use her again and I will recommend her to everyone looking for a great experience! :)

I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. My driver,Yvonne answered her phone and my questions with care and concern. She took very good care of my three cats who she drove to New York from Florida. I am so grateful for Citizen Carrier and the opportunity they gave me to have my animals driven to me when I couldn't transport them myself. Ten out of ten.
