We are beyond pleased with their service! They kept us updated and delivered pretty quickly (NC-CO). We are moving due to the being dual active military and their service provided the peace of mind we needed during an already stressful time. They managed our two Australian Shepherds that are high energy! We highly recommend and could not have picked a better company.

Jesse and Carina are THE BEST!! They kept me updated throughout the trip and took really good care of my pup! They sent me pictures and videos and also provided with GPS tracking to keep me posted on their journey. Loved the detailed care for my pup and treating her like their own 🥹 Would highly recommend their service! Jessy and Carina were absolutely amazing . They picked up our puppy in SoCal and four days later they dripped it of in Nee York . Along the way , multiple times per day they kept us informed with pictures. out dog was very happy when she arrived . If we ever have to do this again , I will call them .

Like any pet owner, I was nervous about entrusting my 11-year-old dog, Jax, to someone for such a long journey but ZippaPet quickly put my worries to rest. We were in a critical situation to have a dog re-homed. The deadline was fast approaching when we found an adopter. The only catch was that the adopter was 1700 miles away and we only had four days left. Using CitizenShipper, we were extraordinarily lucky to find ZippaPet. They picked up the dog two days after i accepted their bid and delivered the dog to her new home two days later. They were amazing!
