Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I’m the owner of Pasha Pets! 🐾💛 Thank you so much for considering me to care for your fur baby/babies’ journey! I joined CitizenShipper in June 2025, and while I had to take a break due to personal reasons, I’m happy to be back doing something I truly love! I’ve been safely transporting pets for 4 years, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority. At Pasha Pets, your fur baby/babies gets my undivided attention! I transport pets for only one family at a time and never combine multiple families’ transports. This allows me to focus entirely on your pets and helps ensure a safer, more comfortable, and less stressful journey for everyone in my care. ❤️🐶🐱 I provide cozy blankets, clean bowls, leashes, and treats (with your approval). I also schedule regular breaks every 4–6 hours, allowing your pet to stretch, eat, drink, and get some fresh air. My goal is to make every trip as comfortable, calm, and stress-free as possible. I’m based in Central Florida and have been an animal lover my entire life. I’m also a proud pet parent to two Micro Bullies, Gypsy (8) and her grandson Melo (3). While I’m on the road, they stay home with my family so I can give your fur baby my full attention and care. I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands, so I provide regular updates every 4–6 hours, including texts, pictures, and videos, to keep you connected throughout the journey. At Pasha Pets, every pet is treated like family. ❤️ I’d be honored to help your fur baby reach their destination safely, comfortably, and with plenty of love along the way. Thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your family! 🐾 Booking Details & Payment Policy A 50% deposit is required once you accept my bid to secure your booking date. I accept Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup, before departure. Payment must be completed before your fur baby’s journey begins. 🐾 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that plans can change, so I want to keep my cancellation policy clear and fair for everyone. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup: Your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup: Your deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied toward a different transport date, subject to availability. If I need to cancel your transport: You will receive a full refund of your deposit. Please note that CitizenShipper charges a separate platform fee that is not included in my transportation fee. Platform fees are subject to CitizenShipper’s own refund policies. Thank you for understanding and respecting my booking policies!
