I have 15 years of pet care experience (dog sitting, cat sitting, and dog walking) and over 30 years of airline travel experience to draw from when coordinating your next trip. Since learning about the world of pet transportation in 2020 and seeing how complicated/confusing/concerning it can be, I’ve wanted to help other families get their pets from point A to point B. I’ve traveled with my own 3 cats and had to manage the logistics of two solo cross-country moves with them. - So I get it! With Four Winds Pet Concierge, your pet is personally escorted by me, either on a short car ride or on a commercial flight (in-cabin with a confirmed airline ticket) - no cargo holds, no standby delays. Any trip I plan ensures your pet arrives at their destination within 12 hours. I'll keep you updated every step of the way and ensure your pet travels in comfort. By offering weekend-only trips, my limited schedule allows me to give each journey my full attention—saving you time, energy, and the stress of figuring it all out on your own. USDA Registered Insured by PCI Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified for cats & dogs Each service includes: - Pre-booking video call (to protect both of us from scammers and make sure we’re a good fit!) - Contract with clear terms of service - Live GPS monitoring with Life360 - Open line of communication (photos, videos) throughout trip - 24/7 vet access with contingency plans in place - Airline-approved carrier / USDA-approved carrier for auto transport - “No Paws On The Ground” policy for animals under 6 months - Extra food, water, treats, back-up supplies ✈️ Air Travel (Nationwide) - Quotes expire within 24 hours due to fluctuating flight costs - Reserved cabin seat on direct or 1-stop flight routes - Airport-to-Airport service unless otherwise discussed 🚗 Ground Transport (within 300 miles of DFW) - Climate-controlled SUV with soft bedding, toys & treats - VIP/Private or limited shared rides (2 households max) - Bathroom/stretch breaks every 2 hours 🧳 What You Provide - Healthy, clean pet who is 8 weeks old and under 20 lbs for air, any weight for ground - Health certificate for interstate trips + vaccination records - Familiar blanket/towel with home scent - Food, treats, meds & carrier (I always have extra supplies) 🐾 VIP/Private or Shared Options - VIP/Private Transport: One household only—most private & flexible - Shared Ride: Max 5 pets, 2 households—budget-friendly option 💳 Booking - 75% deposit after we confirm details & sign contract - Remaining balance due 24 hrs before departure - Transparent pricing—no hidden fees CitizenShipper adds its platform fee after you accept my bid.
