We are Ryan and Jenn, a husband-and-wife team in Richmond, Virginia, dedicated to improving pet transport. After adopting four rescue dogs and experiencing the stress of their transport, we recognized the need for better communication, care, and a personal touch in the process. Ryan transitioned from a fast-paced leadership role to create Pristine Pet Transport, a business focused on trust, passion, and animal well-being. Jenn has spent the past three years as a dedicated stay-at-home dog mom, gaining a deep understanding of animal behavior and emotion. This experience gives her a unique advantage in providing safe and compassionate transport. This is our sole professional venture, fully owned and operated by just the two of us. No outside employees. No hand-offs. When you trust us with your pet, you’re trusting us, and only us — and that means full accountability, consistency, and care from start to finish. We prioritize quality over quantity. Your pet will travel in a clean, safe, climate-controlled environment. Our goal is to make this feel less like booking a service and more like trusting friends to care for your pet.
