We follow a strict "no paws on the ground" policy for puppies under 16 weeks of age or those who have not yet received all of their vaccinations. This ensures the health and safety of our youngest travelers by protecting them from potential hazards during the journey. Patrick and Nelly are here to ensure your pet's journey is our passion. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ‼️ Prestige Pet Transport Cancellation Policy ‼️ At Prestige Pet Transport, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to our clients and maintaining our scheduling commitments. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds: - More than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. - 24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this timeframe may receive a partial refund or a credit toward future services. A cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative and scheduling costs. - Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transport will result in a non-refundable charge of up to 100% of the service fee due to the inability to fill the reserved slot on short notice. - Rescheduling Policy: We allow one reschedule at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original transport date. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee. - No-Show Policy: If you fail to be present at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the trip will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued. - Exceptions: In the case of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options, or a partial or full refund at our discretion. By booking with Prestige Pet Transport, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. This policy ensures transparency and allows us to continue providing reliable and professional pet transport services.

This was an absolutely problem FREE transport. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a pet transport. Communication was perfect, price was reasonable and the drive had no issues. My dog had been through some trauma and was very scared in the first picture but the next picture she looked so happy as she was “navigating” their trip. Patrick went out of his way to treat her like a princess. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

This was my first time ever transporting my two cats and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Patrick and Nelly were amazing and made me feel completely at ease about my decision. They were kind, reassuring, respectful, patient, and most importantly, gave great care to my two girls as they made their way down to Florida. Patrick responded within minutes when I texted, and was very accommodating. I didn’t have small travel litter boxes and he even went to the store to get them for me. Truly caring individuals and I would highly recommend Pyp Transport! Thank you Patrick and Nelly for taking such great care of Cleo and Darla, I would definitely book again!

PYP did a great job. As soon as I booked they scheduled a call to go over everything and answer any questions I might have. From there on out they stayed in close communication and were flexible when I needed a slight change. Pick up and delivery was on time with no issues. Highly recommend!
