Our bid may not be the lowest, but that’s because we prioritize quality over quantity. We are a "PRIVATE" transporter so please understand that there's a big difference between our team and a bulk delivery service company. Our routes are DIRECT and typically complete delivery in just a couple of days, unlike other bulk shipping companies that can take up to 2+ weeks. Unlike some of our competitors, we focus solely on your pet(s), offering individualized care without stacking deliveries or compromising on service. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. As a fellow pet lover and a registered veterinary professional with over 16 years of clinical experience, I understand how daunting it can be to find a trustworthy team to care for your cherished family member. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure every journey is smooth and worry-free. We are USDA/APHIS certified, fully insured, and both proud to have clean driving records. Our vehicles are climate-controlled at all times to maintain your pet’s comfort and safety. To keep you connected, we provide live GPS tracking via Google Maps App, regular photo updates, traffic/status updates and wellness breaks every 3-4 hours to ensure your pet’s needs are met throughout their trip. Our service includes grain-free food, purified water, administering medications and meticulous cleaning after every transport. Your pet will be fed according to their regular schedule to avoid stomach upset, with water readily available at all times. Crates are required for both cats and dogs. If you don't have a personal carrier for your pet we'd be happy to provide one at no additional cost. We also tether crates and harnesses for their safety/security and always double leash during rest breaks. Matt was amazing! We had to rehome our Frenchie puppy and we were brokenhearted! He made the experience so much better with his kindness and compassion. He customized the ride to make sure that Maddie was comfortable and was in touch with us every step of the way, even letting us know when he hit traffic, etc. I felt very comfortable with him and knew that she was being very well taken care of. He sent pictures so that we could stay in touch. It also made me feel good knowing that he has veterinary experience and truly loves animals! His set up in his car was so perfect and I know that Maddie was comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend I recommend this company to anyone needing to transport a pet.
