Both transporters and clients pay Citizen Shipper a fee to use this platform. Ground Transports - Do I have to pay the for the transport upfront? Partially. A 50% Deposit is due after confirming a booking to secure your transport and be en route to your pick up location. A link will be sent directly from me to request the 50% deposit. - When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due at pick up. This is NON NEGOTIABLE, no exceptions. If this is not an issue, we're all set to have a positive transport experience, which is ultimately the goal. 🙂 Flights: - Do I have to pay for the transport upfront? The fee is due immediately after booking to secure the air transport and be en route to your pick up location. I will personally send a link to request payment. *Reminder CS will have their own fee due when confirming* *Please Read carefully* Cancellations: If you cancel within less than 24 hours from the pick-up time, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, this is due to covering any expenses/time. Examples are but not limited to paying fees to process your transaction, any research involved to figure out logistics for you, communications with you as well as other parties, overnight lodging arrangements, gas spent to get to the pick up area, etc.. By confirming a booking you are legally agreeing to the terms of my service.

Jayden was wonderful! They delivered my previous baby puppy to me in Chicago in perfect condition. They sent me photos and texts when they stopped along the way. Jay picked up my dog at the airport and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and safe. They fed her with treats, had a blanket available, and made stops during their trip. We were out of state when our hired sitter had to back out of house sitting because our dog was too anxious. We were scared that our little one would be alone and we would need to cut our vacation short and take a last minute flight back to her. Enter Jay. They worked with us, were able to reassure us, spent time to make our scared puppy comfortable enough to get into the crate, and were in communication with us through the whole process. Jay was able to get our puppy smiling again and safely to the boarding facility. 10/10 would use their services again.

I am so happy to leave this review as I had a great experience. They delivered my precious girl safe and sound. They kept in contact with me all the way and even sent pics when they stopped for a break. I have never used a service like this before, so I didn’t know what to expect.
