Great experience flying my little guy from PA all the way to WA. They were fantastic about keeping me informed and frequently updated me. They also were incredibly transparent about the process, the costs, and my options allowing me to make an informed decision on a few travel options. Would definitely use them for future needs.

Phenomenal! We coordinated extremely late at night and by the morning they were able to schedule and pick up my sweet puppy and transport her to MD! Within 24 hours my dog was scheduled, picked up, transported, and delivered! Everything was so smooth and seamless, and they were extremely thorough with any questions I had. They took great care of my puppy and I am so happy to have found them. I will forever use them in future transports for my fur babies.

These folks were awesome. They truly care about the animals and worked around several challenges, especially weather. In the end, I’m pretty sure they under bid the job, but notwithstanding, they stood by their initial quote. They do this full time, so it’s not just a side job to them. Highly recommend them. Tom

I highly recommend Maykel and Leo! Their pricing is very fair—especially considering that I was transporting a rescue dog from California to Atlanta. Unfortunately, due to the rescue's irresponsibility and the dog's aggressive behavior toward my children, I had no choice but to send her back to SFO. It was a stressful and complicated situation, but Maykel and Leo handled everything seamlessly. Not only did they take care of the transportation, but they also provided much-needed emotional support, which meant a lot to me. They are incredibly understanding and truly care about both the pets and their owners. You can fully trust them with your dog—they are extremely professional. I’ve already recommended them to my friends because finding such an amazing transport team is rare! Plus, many ground transport quotes from California to Atlanta were significantly more expensive than theirs. If you're considering air transport for your pet, don't hesitate—it's highly efficient, and more importantly, the team is genuinely kind and reliable. That makes all the difference!

I just have to give Maykel a 6 ⭐️ rating for their outstanding customer service. Honestly, I can be quite a handful as a customer, but they handled everything so well. Despite the awful weather causing flight delays, they made sure to keep me informed regularly, patiently answered all my inquiries and calls, and even sent pictures of our little one.
