So far This couple has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have answered all of my questions and have really gone out of their way to assure me that my little girl would be fine. I really appreciate there transparency and honesty throughout this process. I will leave another review once I have received my precious puppy Nala. I am certain that she will be just fine and I know without a doubt that she is in good hands. I could not have asked for a better person. Uli transported our little Brussels Griffon. She was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend her. Very informative all the way through.

LOOK KNOW FURTHER!! This woman went above and beyond for me.! What happened? Was the planes were shut down and she was stuck at an airport overnight with my dog? But I didn't worry at all from everything. She told me and just getting to know her. As a person she has a heart of gold and I knew my dog was in good hands! I felt worse for her than for the dog LOL She is such a sweet woman and she genuinely loves animals! And my feeling is that she would do anything to keep them safe and comfortable. I had a great experience with Uli. She flew with my dog from Los Angeles to Tampa and my dog Bobby was well taken care of during the trip. She communicated with us from the beginning of the trip to the end, updating us on time, and she was super sweet! I highly recommend booking with Uli if you need to have your animal babies transported. She will do a great job and your animals will be in good hands.

Having Uli as your pet's transport is like having your most trusted friend transport your pet. We took a chance on a shipper with no reveiws, and from the moment we reached out, Uli put our mind at ease. She set up a video chat, offered to let the breeder meet her beforehand if needed, and answered all of our questions...and there were a lot!! ..with patience and grace. The experience would take a turn none of us expected, and Uli literally saved the day. She went out of her way to pick up our sweet pup, when the breeder refused to cooperate, meet at the agreed place, and was overall a nightmare to work with. While I will never go to that breeder again, I will use Uli for as long as she is willing to transport. She drove out her way, she put herself in the crossfire of the breeder's insolence, and still, she did not give up on us or my puppy. She had every reason to just forget it and refuse to continue, but she didn't and I am forever grateful!! I was more nervous than my wedding night but Uli kept in contact every step of the trip.. She even changed to a direct flight to save the puppy the travel time. She did not ask for anything more in return, and I cannot express how incredibly thankful we are for her.
