Based out of Austin, TX, I am a Navy veteran and former commercial truck driver. I'm fully insured and drive a well maintained 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with plenty of comfortable space. It's 4-wheel drive for added safety and reliability, especially in the winter months. It has a dashcam that includes in-cabin recording at all times. It is equipped with 1 large and 3 medium sized crates. I also have an extra-large crate, if needed. If your pet requires a crate that I don't have, I'll get it. Each crate is equipped with a divider if it needs to be made smaller, microfiber memory foam bed and 2 stainless steel bowls (sanitized before use). For cats, a disposable litter box (for sanitary and health) with quality litter will be in the crate. I have various size Kongs for the pups to chew on (sanitized between every use) and I also keep rawhide on hand (only natural, American made). I have various toys for your feline friends too. While I always recommend sending food with your family member to keep them on their regular diet, I always have quality, age appropriate, grain-free food on hand at no additional charge. I water with filtered water. I also maintain Cat and Dog First Aid Certification with the American Red Cross. I also have 24/7 access to veterinary telemedicine. A copy of my current certificate can be found in my profile pictures. I am not the cheapest game in town, and likely won't be the lowest bidder. Here's why: I do not operate a 'puppy mill on wheels.' I specialize in VIP solo trips, only transporting one household of pet(s) at a time. I will occasionally transport 2 households if each only has one pet and both shippers are agreeable. In order to make the trip as stress-free as possible for your furry loved one, we're going to spend the night in a hotel every single night of the trip. Those hotels charge fees for your pet to stay. Your pet will be loved and cared for as if they are my own. While I always provide a crate inside the hotel room, your pet is never confined to that crate except for safety or behavioral (tearing up the hotel) issues. More often than not, your pet sleeps on the bed with me. We're going to stop every 3-4 hours for a good one-on-one break. If available, I choose stops with dog parks so that your pup can run leash-free to stretch their legs for a few and potty. Treats are included in my cost, and I only use treats with the highest quality ingredients. If food isn't provided, I provide food free of charge that follow the same strict standards. You'll have GPS tracking from the moment I leave to pick up your pet until after I drop them off (and usually for a day after because I forget to turn it off). In addition to GPS tracking, your pet will be fitted with an AirTag for the duration of the trip so that, in the unlikely event they are separated, their location can be pinpointed to their exact location. I provide a detailed itinerary of our journey before pickup with 2-hr pickup and delivery windows that work with your schedule and, if it looks like anything MIGHT change, you'll be immediately notified. You have access to me 24/7 before, during, and after the trip (as long as I have cell service). You're the customer, your pet is a living soul that I am being entrusted with, and the quality of my service and well-being of your pet is ALL that matters to me. I, personally, wouldn't ship my babies across country with the lowest bidder. If you pay fast food prices, you get fast food service. I operate on a razor-thin margin, and my prices are fair, with a very modest profit after expenses. My reviews speak for themselves. I accept most forms of payment including Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, cash, money order, and cashier's check. I process my payments and invoices through GoDaddy Payments and Square, for both my protection and yours. All contracts are securely signed electronically through DocuSign. Please contact me before hiring so we can go over your shipment details and avoid any confusion. Upon booking, we will be in contact via phone and text message. At that time, you'll receive a contract that will need to be electronically signed through DocuSign (a DocuSign account is not required). A deposit of 1/2 the shipment cost is due on booking. The remaining 1/2 will be due on pickup. I hope you’ll allow me to work with you! I can guarantee an excellent job! I know your pets are loved ones and transporting with virtually any stranger is terrifying. So when I say I will treat yours like my own, I truly mean it. Updates, including photos, are given regularly! If I could give Geoff 6 stars I would! As someone who has had a bad pet transport experience in the past I was very nervous about booking and worried about the stress my dog might experience on the 2 day journey to New York. I can tell you I am SO RELIEVED I booked with Geoff. He was incredibly attentive to all of my pups needs and the communication and regular updates we received were excellent. Geoff does everything he can to make sure your dog is comfortable and treated like one of his own pets. I will definitely be booking him again and recommending him to all of my friends!!

Geoff was amazing! When I needed to rehome my 16 month old Bernese Mtn dog I was really apprehensive about using a transport service. From the moment Geoff made on offer on my request until he delivered Rocky I never second guessed my decision. He took care of him as if he was a family member. He spent time with him before he loaded him and tge pictures along the way showed how he continued to care for him. He really puts the service in customer service. Extent communications, extremely professional and very courteous. Our 14 week old Baby Akita had a wonderful experience with pictures and narration the whole 1500 mile trip. I was a little apprehensive as I have never used a pet transport service before, but something about Geoff’s profile stood out to me and I’m glad I used him to transport my dog. He was able to make my dog comfortable during the trip and not only provided GPS tracking from door to door, but also checked in very frequently with photos and reports about how my dog was doing. This was a wonderful experience with this pet shipping service for my 13 week old puppy. Geoff did Amazing I believe better than anyone could! He even experienced a horrible case of motion sickness at first with my puppy that he dealt with perfectly & at ease. Pictures and location of your pup at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better service or person to transfer my puppy over 12 hours. My puppy was also shipped solo which put me at ease since not all young puppies are fully vaccinated. He is also very educated on puppies and other ages of dogs. I wouldn't book anyone else 😌 100 ⭐️s
