Carrie was quite helpful working through an oddball situation. She was pleasant and quickly took care of my problem. My only complaint, and it is not w Carrie but the process overall, and that is the volumes of emails the Company sent me. I received so many emails that I quit reading them. Still, if do this again, I would work w the you again.

The driver actually picked up my load 1 day early so that was a big plus ! They transported a 21' Chaparral Boat which arrived the same day as the pick up. The boat arrived in great condition. No issues what so ever...it was well taken care of! I would hire State by State Carriers again to transport anything at anytime !! Great Job!

I had a great experience, I hired another shipping company because it was the cheapest option and ended up wasting a week getting the run around so i was in a pinch to get the car picked up the next day and state by state came through and i had the car the next night, just some advice for first timers, money talks pay the extra and you will get transport booked a lot faster.

Jeff was great and found a great driver. Having had a bad experience with a different company who pulled a bait and switch at the last minute and ended up not coming through with transportation, so we ended up having to drive our truck 1100 miles. For this trip I trusted Jeff’s promise that he would be honest and get the job done. And he did!

It took a few days to cconfirm a pickup date, but it eventually met my timeline and my car made it to its destination unharmed. State by State was very responsive to questions. Driver was cooperative, helpful and communicated well.

State by State Carriers did a phenomenal job transporting my boat from Michigan to Texas. This was a very complicated load but the driver was patient and knowledgeable and worked through every obstacle to figure it out. In this very long trip there was no damage to my boat, it arrived on time and I am VERY PLEASED with the service. A job well done.

They did a wonderful job delivering my Ducati on short notice all the way from Texas to North Carolina. I was very impressed and the price was very reasonable especially going through with an enclosed trailer. I highly recommend to go through them, very responsive as well. Great communication overall from the team given updates. It was one of my first time ever using any transport company, and I can say they hit on all aspects. I will definitely be using there services again in the future.
