Omar was FANTASTIC!!! I have used this site before with other shippers and by far he is the BEST! His fee was fair and honest. He kept in touch with me letting me know what was going on with pick up and delivery with door to door service. My new tiny Shih Tzu puppy arrived perfectly happy and in excellent condition...as was not the case with other shippers I have hired in the past. Very professional and caring and shows it in his work ethic. He coordinated pick up and delivery in a timely manner between the breeder and myself taking into consideration the comfort and care that a tiny 8 wk old puppy needs. Omar definitely goes above and beyond and I will only use him for my future puppy shipments on Citizen Shipper. If you need an honest reliable shipper, Omar definitely gives your dog top notch care and red carpet treatment as I can attest to that. Omar was wonderful to work with! After just having had a bad experience with another company on here we were pretty apprehensive, but Omar really put our fears to rest. He was open & candid through the whole process. Even when one of his flights got delayed, that didn’t directly affect us, he gave us a heads up, and made alternate connections so that our pick up and delivery wouldn’t be delayed!! He also sent updates when boarding & landing with our little guy, as well as a picture of him stretching his legs in between flights. If ever we need to transport our dogs again, we would definitely schedule with Omar!! Thank you for taking such good care of him!
