Todd was the best. He constantly keep me updated with photos throughout the entire trip. Willingness to handle a special pup with epilepsy. He made it within the timeframe he said he would. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Todd and his service. I would use him again. He was the most reasonable in terms of pricing. Overall great experience. Thank you Todd for getting our pup safely from CT to TN.

I couldn’t be more happy with how everything went, Steven saved my cats form euthanasia 1 day before I would lose them, I can’t even put into words how amazing this experience has been with Steven, I will never be able to forget what he has done for me and my boys, I highly recommend anyone who’s needing a transport to call Steven, there’s no one else I would trust. Thank you so much for what you do and for being their when no one else was.

I gave him food to take with my dog & told him not to switch his food. He thought it was a good idea to feed him random food without telling me. When I asked about it, he lied and when I confronted him some more he stopped answering. Also was smoking in the van, my dogs toys smell terrible.

If you are lucky enough to receive a bid from this company who do all their deliveries themselves, Geovana and her husband. Hire them immediately this is a no brainer. I have tried other pet transports and these people are complete professionals. I had to do a complicated trip with 6 of my cats and had tons of things on top of the huge cases and they were able to accommodate me. On top of that the husband went out of his way to help me load the cats which took almost two hours when there were many logistical processes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets they have a sophisticated gps system and Geovana sent me daily updates with pictures. They did the whole trip from Minnesota to Florida in two days, this was incredible! On top of that they cleaned the litter boxes and fed them everday! If you’re on the fence like I said this company is the best! Thank you Geovana and send a thank you to your husband for me!

Dee was wonderful with bringing me my new Weimaraner puppy from TX to KC. He kept in constant communication with me, including pictures. She was so happy upon arriving, but said to see Dee go, as he was loving on her the entire way. I could not have asked for a better carrier than him. He and Gail took excellent care of her the night before her arrival in their own home!!! Absolutely recommend this incredible team. Thanks so much for bringing my new baby home.

Adam was so flexible with my timing and very kind; he was an absolute pleasure to work with. My two new gerbils arrived right on time; they were safe, happy, and healthy too! I am so glad I now have a go-to for small animal transport!

My flight was delayed a couple of hours and I wasn’t able to pick up my cat before closing. Luckily I found Jayne, she is very kind and considerate of you and your pet. She is consistent and gives you updates and tracking which is great. This was amazing service above and beyond!

Cynthia Hart could not have been more helpful or engaging. She was on time for pickup and sympathetic to the family losing their Beagle. Sh provided us with her gps to follow them all day. She lives animals and cares about their safety. She is an invaluable associate for your business.

Mike was fantastic. He transported a quirky load of plants and soil for us from California to Minnesota and made the entire process seamless. He was prompt, communicative, and professional from start to finish; and the price was very fair. Partway through the trip, he discovered our plants were full of hundreds of flies (yikes!), which could have made things miserable. Instead, he stayed cheerful, understanding, and unflappable. He loaded and unloaded with great care, double-checked that the garage was secured, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. An extremely pleasant, reliable young man who goes above and beyond - I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Ms.Sanderson was amazing and really helped my family out in a really tough situation! Coming from Germany to Florida and trying to get my boxer here safe was a huge lift bit Ms.Sanderson got it done! 10/10 service and care.

Great on Communications and status updates, would use again

If I could give more stars I would. Kris was communicative - friendly, and so easy to work with. She truly exceeded my expectations, as I have only used this service for the first time. As someone who has trust issues, and has a very hard time using a service like this - I highly recommend Kris as I felt our precious boy was safe and secure the ENTIRE way through.
