Unfortunately I was satisfied with this driver until I was notified from the driver that my dog Apollo died in his care. Facts: * Pickup: Apollo was picked up at 2am (Tue) * I received text messages from driver throughout the trip that Apollo was doing great * 3pm (Wed) driver calls to say Apollo was panting extremely hard. * 5:55pm Driver states he’s watching Apollo closely and he had settled down and was doing better * 7pm Driver calls to state that he doesn’t think he’s moving and “I stop as soon as I can”. At this point I’m crying and upset with the situation and statement. * 7:34pm I received a TEXT to state Apollo had passed away * 1:30am the driver dropped Apollo at the emergency vet hospital near my military installation that I directed him to and left before I arrived because he stated that he had another delivery. I was only 10mins from arriving at the hospital. He never text to say he dropped Apollo off. It wasn’t until I arrived and noticed he had left then asked for a full statement that he informed me why he did not stay. I had an autopsy complete on Apollo by the same hospital and it stated exactly what the cause of death was. Those results made this situation even worst. Apollo has made this same trip from VA to TX 4 times on family trips. The most recent was just a year ago. My family is devastated.due to this death and we had just celebrated my daughter’s graduation and I finally got to meet our other newest 4 leg family member . This was pure negligence and I’m crushed that Apollo was picked up healthy and now I’m having him cremated. He just celebrated a birthday this pass April. Lastly I will add that working with Citizenshipper was smooth while booking. Their communication during this situation was consistent even though I had contact with multiple people. Would I use them again? Maybe but I know for sure I would NEVER use or recommend this specific transport company to anyone.

The On The Go Rescue team was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly accommodating, affordable, and made me feel like it was family transporting my dog. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way. This was my first time using a pet transportation service, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were even able to squeeze me in at the last minute, which I really appreciated. The team genuinely cares and works with you to make the process as smooth as possible. Great communication, great people, and great service. I would 100% recommend On The Go Rescue team to anyone needing pet transportation, and I’ll definitely use them if I ever need transportation for my pets again.

Extreamly pleased with Kimberly. She provided tons of updates, pictures and videos of my new pup through their entire journey! She took very good care of my pup, with no complaints (even though i know he was a terror at some points as alll puppies can be. I couldnt have asked for a better person to bring our new family member to us. 5 stars isnt enough to describe how amazing she was!

Dave 100% deserves 5 stars. We had never had to transport our pets before, so naturally, there was an element of anxiety about booking someone. From the moment we booked though, he was prompt with his responses, and put me right at ease. Our family had some unique situations around their travel, and Dave never even blinked or made me feel silly. He was totally calm and patient. Our two boys were just dropped off today, and I couldn’t wait to recommend him. I had to laugh because, when I was initially booking, I was suspicious of his perfect 5-star score. Well, come to find out, it is the truth! He deserves it!!!! If we ever have to booked again, we will be calling Big Sky Pet Transport ✨

Matt is amazing. He sent videos and kept us updated on the transport of our new kitten. She felt safe with him and the whole process was easier than I could have imagined. I am so grateful we chose him and couldn't recommend him more.

William transferred our boat from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Blowing Rock, NC. There were some logistical challenges that are innate to any shipment / transfer of this type, but William rose to the occasion and went above and beyond to make sure our boat was delivered safely and efficiently. My puppy made it home safe and sound. Amazing overall experience cheap price and very great people. I was habing a hard time finding a good price and have my Doberman transported at the age it had. They made it possible for me to be together with him. Highly recommended if your looking for a good price and great communication.

I really appreciate Donna, Jeff and Madigan! They updated me daily with photos of my pup Atlas and updated on where they were in the country. He arrived happy and in a great mood. The team was super flexible and informative regarding pick up/drop off times. I was a little anxious doing this as i’ve never transported him before but this was a really great process, and I think easier on the dog than flying.

Stacy was absolutely amazing! I was so nervous to have my dog travel across the country but Stacy made me feel at ease! She was in constant communication and always sent pictures! She made me feel so very comfortable with the entire experience! Wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Thank you again for everything!!!
