This was my first experience utilizing CitizenShipper & Sam made me feel more than comfortable with the entire process. He was very responsive, prompt and the pick up and drop off went smoothly. They transported my two dogs from Los Angeles to Louisiana. They made sure to update me as far as timing and scheduling and were quick to answer any question I had. Would 100% use them again in the future.

Iâll admit that I was a bit skeptical about hiring Tatiana for the transport of my 8 week old puppy from the east coast to the west coast. I have no experience in pet transportation and wasnât quite sure how the process works. Tatiana was patient with me and explained the whole process in detail. After receiving countless bids and offers, I subsequently decided to go with Tatiana. I made this decision based on my initial interaction with Tatiana. She always responded to my messages and appeared to be passionate about the work she does. I didnât get the vibe that she was just looking for a quick buck. I was even skeptical about payment methods, in which Tatiana gave me numerous options in terms of payment. Today I picked up my pup from the airport and everything Tatiana said she was going to do, she did. She truly went above and beyond. Her services were outstanding and I would definitely use her again if needed.
Really Fantastic experience. Corky and her team communicated constantly with pictures and texts along the way. Annie (the dog) arrived clearly bonded with her drivers! so I'm thinking she'd tell me she had a great trip!. Just a wonderful experience. THANK YOU GUYS

I think my dog had an amazing adventure with Aaron from Fast and Furriest because when Panther was dropped off he had to choose between his new BFF and me. It is very scary to entrust a stranger to transport your furry family member, but Aaron became my dogâs pal. I got plenty of updates on their ETA as well as some photos. Also, you canât beat Aaronâs southern manners and charm. I would highly recommend using Fast and Furriest Transport.. 10/10!
Very good communication and arrived safely with my dog in less than 2 days. He sent lots pictures and videos of the whole journey and answered any questions I had. When my dog arrived he seemed very happy and comfortable with him, and I can tell he was well taken care of during the drive.
I have never had an animal transported before and they made it so seemless!! He transported my dog from Florida to Illinois and kept me updated with texts and pictures the whole time which I appreciate so much. I would absolutely use him again to transport if needed.

Amanda was so incredible! She flew with our 17lb dog from Vegas to Montana. Sent pictures the whole time. Had all items to transport and was SUPER responsive and professional. We even had some schedule conflicts and she was willing to look at every option to help! 10/10 recommend. You get what you pay for! Shes worth it! Cheeto is a fan!
