Scott Gooden was a God Send! I had been looking for days to see if I could transport a pup from Alabama to Virginia? Of course, I wanted VIP service that was reasonable well I should know by now in Todays World there’s no such thing! And the Ads they write and send you with their bid and purpose they can work in your price range? And this comes up and and when you get the message back - they are appalled, sarcastic, and they are the best on the whole app! I got up Sunday morning checked my messages for bids and there was a bid I thought I could handle and I’m usually reluctant if its to good to be true. Got in touch and because he was going to be working around that route he could pick up puppy for me in Alabama and could head to Richmond, Va and drop off puppy to me! I ask if he wait a minute so I could check with Breeder. She was wonderful and very accommodating and said “ of course!”!So I called Scott back (without hesitation I felt secure with Scott) and then called Breeder back Charity Caudill (she was a wonderful person ) and again felt comfortable with Charity (no apprehension) and I had been scammed so many times I was a Scammers worst nightmare, as I had them running around sometimes until midnight or next day. I had no remorse doing that because they have No Concise What SoEver None! But with Scott he was so very attentive with keeping us in touch even the Breeder! I would recommend him to anyone. He’s just a good person I hope we can stay in touch, you don’t come across many young men his age (30 something) that you could trust with a puppy that’s 3 lbs who really cared and loved what he does and it shows! He’s a confident young Man that’s just himself! If I were his Mom I’d be so proud to call him my Son! Love ya Scott keep in touch when you’re in Richmond again! Keep being yourself!

I was so happy to find this transport service for a baby guinea pig with very little advance notice. The original bid was perfect for my price range for transporting a small animal. Communication was stellar. I think the fast response time definitely made this shipper stand out from others when I was making my selection. From start to finish, Terri made the process smooth and efficient. The driver was very good at keeping me up-to-date on travel time. He was courteous and respectful. He was also punctual which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shipper. If I ever need another animal transported, I would not hesitate to use their services again. I only have the highest praise for this small pet transporter.
