Wendy was a great partner in transporting the stray that found us (lol) to a furever home on the east coast. She was in communication with us and the adopter and sent pictures and videos too along the way. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using CitizenShipper. We were moving from Ohio to Florida. I was very concerned about how we could transport our fur babies safely. Wendy arrive on time for pickup as promised and delivered our pets when they were expected. We have 3 dogs and a cat that were each in separate kennels. All of our fur babies arrived happy, safe and healthy. They were cared for & loved as if they were her own. Wendy took extra breaks for them whenever needed. She continuously sent updates, pictures and videos so frequently that I felt that we were along for the ride with them. :) Wendy paid close attention to behaviors and mannerisms of each pet! I highly recommend her for your transport needs!

Wendy was professional and helpful! She drove a dog I was rescuing from Texas to Washington State. I love how knowledgeable she was about the care of dogs! She was extremely communicative and I felt safe knowing that my pet was with her. If I were to ever need another transport again, I would happily choose her. My dog was obviously well cared for and felt comfortable in Wendy’s care.
