Update: We travel with our own small guard Chihuahua in the front that stays buckled in and to himself and has been there through every one of these transports and reviews and never hurt a thing. We do this for protection and company. Your pet will be in the back of vehicles in a crate and not in contact with ours. Our "solo" ride means only your transport on board meaning no other customers pets on board and does NOT mean that we are not bringing our own with us. Thank you. CJ has 26 years of experience in commercial vehicle driving and delivery, with an impeccable safety record of over 1 million accident-free miles. Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured with an LLC in place for your peace of mind. Our Commitment to Your Pets: At Waggn Tails, we love animals and cherish the opportunity to care for your beloved companions during their journey. With over 35 years of experience handling animals and four years of pet transportation, we take pride in providing comfort and care to each animal entrusted to us. Service Highlights: Transparent and Secure Booking Process: We are unable to share contact information before booking due to Citizen Shipper rules, but once you book with us, we will promptly discuss all specifics in detail. Breeders and Multiple Transports Specials: We offer return breeder discounts and a 10% discount on the remaining transports if you transport five or more pets with us in a calendar year. Active Military Discounts: We offer special discounts for active military personnel. Health Certificates Required: Health certificates are mandatory for all transports to ensure your pets' well-being. Frequent Updates and Photos: We keep you informed with pictures and constant communication about your pet's well-being throughout the journey. Comfortable and Safe Travel: Our climate-controlled vehicle ensures that your pet stays comfortable even during extended rides. We stop every 2 to 3 hours for necessary checks, water breaks, and cleaning. Personalized Care: We accommodate your pet's feeding schedule and can administer any required medications or special care. Multiple Payment Options: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due before drop-off. We offer various payment options, including Venmo and Cashapp with no additional fees. After deposit is made, you will receive your agreement. We do not accept cash. Additional Services: Apart from pet transportation, we also provide flight nanny services for small dogs and vehicle transport (drive your car and pet to the destination). For added safety, we have new Ruffland impact-resistant crates available. I have the shyest 2 kitties and Shana drove them from California to Boston without them creating much fuss. I received them safe and calm (no howling while taking them from the vehicle to the house) within 4 days and I was kept updated throughout the journey with pictures and geolocations. I will go with Shana & CJ again on my next move.

Shana did a wonderful job of transporting my CavaPoo Cookie from Florida to Virginia. Cookie seemed contented and well cared for. Shana sent pictures of him on his breaks which helped me feel better about being away from him. I have a trip planned in December, and I will use Shana and CJ again, which is the best recommendation. 😊

Transported my 75lb Lab Pit Mix they worked fast and efficiently!! Sent me pictures and kept me updated and it was a long distance trip from KC Mo to York Pa!! Great service! They kept me posted on their ETA and sent pictures and a GPS tracker. The dogs were well cared for. I was very happy and relieved and I will use them again. The only issue is they can't give a pick up time until 24 hours before so you can't be on a tight schedule.
