Hello! And thank you for taking the time to learn about who we are. With us your pets are treated as if they are our own - just like family. We choose quality pet transport over quantity!! We specialize in long distance cross country transport and having no more than 4 pets at a time (unless more from the same family) significantly reduces the amount of stress especially for those anxious travelers. I am proud to continue providing nothing but a loving, safe and stress free experience for both you and your pets. I never outsource your pets to another company so your driver will always be myself or Kristen doing mostly private or semi private rides. We also do shared transports where we only take up to 4 pets at a time for a more budget friendly and fast trip. We have well over a million amazing safe miles combined in all kinds of crazy weather conditions and have years of experience working with all kinds of animals. We only stop at fun clean spots for potty breaks and have a no paws on the ground policy for puppies 16 weeks and younger. We love road trips so your pet will be well taken care of with plenty of love, walks, treats and toys on their trip home. Your pets health and safety are our number one priority and we work hard to ensure a 5 STAR PAWSOME EXPERIENCE for both you and your pet. My standards are high but for good reason. If your pet is traveling on one of our shared ride trips they will be traveling in a XL large comfy crate for the trip. This provides an extra level of safety for your pet especially on a long trips when we occasionally go through severe weather conditions on the road. It also prevents them from jumping around the vehicle and also eliminates the chance of accidentally unlocking doors or Windows and preventing potential escapees and keeps your pet safe if there is ever an accident. All our vehicles are climate controlled at all times for everyone's comfort and we are all non smokers as well. Since we are fully insured and USDA Licensed, puppies MUST be 8 weeks of age at the time of pick up and a health certificate is required. The health certificate from your vet states that the puppy is UTD with shots and is well and healthy enough for travel and is valid for 10 days. I stay at pet friendly hotels when I am doing solo trips. If I'm delayed and trying to make up time, i'll stay over at a safe travel stop and get some rest. My drivers typically offer faster service and will stop over at a safe travel center and get some rest. We are punctual and reliable and always do our best to get your pet home to you safely, healthy and on time. Please keep in mind that if we experience bad or dangerous weather situations we will stop driving and wait out the storm or re route and go around the storm so this may cause a delay. If there is a hurricane, tornado, ice and snow storms or flooding or other dangerous weather conditions, some trips may have to be rescheduled and we will do our best to get your pet on the next available spot or as soon as safely possible. This may on the rare occasion result in some overlapping with pick ups and drop offs when in close proximity to wach other. Unfortunately Mother Nature always has the upper hand. We do keep you updated along our trip with photos and texts and let you know how your fur- baby is doing when we stop for potty breaks, and gas which is usually every 3 to 4 hours. I am now offering flight nanny services but please message me directly for more info We accept payment in two parts. Sixty percent of the fee is payable upfront upon signing of driver agreement. We use Quickbooks Invoice (3% processing fee added) so you can use your Credit Debit Card for the deposit or full payment and we also take COD for the balance which is due at the time of delivery. You may also pay your driver the balance directly via zelle, cashapp or venmo. Please note, Citizenshipper does charge their own separate booking fee upon booking. We have no extra or hidden fees. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US BEFORE BOOKING SO WE CAN CONFIRM DATES AND AVAILABILITY. Sometimes, unforeseen factors such as weather, hurricanes, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, vehicle maintenance or breakdowns and pet care may affect transport times, dates and routes. Some flexibility with the pickup and drop off times and dates is necessary. Haley transported our Golden Retriever from Florida to Colorado and was absolutely amazing. The communication alone set her apart — constant updates, tons of pictures, and check-ins all along the way. She even sticks to her “30 minutes out” arrival message like clockwork. We were nervous about such a long trip (and definitely didn’t want to risk flying), but Haley made it feel safe and reassuring. Our dog arrived calm and happy. The entire experience was professional and comforting from beginning to end. So worth it. Highly recommend.

We can't even describe how grateful we are for Hayley! She transported our newly adopted rescue with love and kindness that is unmatched by anyone. She truly loves and care for her clients like they are her own. We will definitely use her again if we need to rescue an animal from a long distance! Our family has gained a friend in Hayley and we truly appreciate the love and care she puts in to her transport business.

Hayley was incredible! She always put safety and communication first. She got my pup from Austin to NYC in the winter and made sure that they took a route that would allow for walks, potty breaks and safe roads. Also loved how they sent frequent photo updates during the trip! I definitely recommend.

Hayley's drier Kristen did an amazing job for our boy Travis!! She had to deal with some bad weather, but she always kept me informed and sent me pictures everyday. When she dropped our dog off he still went over to tell her goodbye. That tells me she took great care of him and that they made a real connection. They will be helping us again next month!!

Do not hesitate to hire this wonderful company! Excellent communication and speedy scheduling from Hayley, and driver Kristen was an absolute gem. I was "godmother" to my parents' dog Mollie, and when they both passed away within 4 months of each other I had to scramble to make arrangements to bring her from Phoenix to SE Michigan. On top of this, riding in cars makes her nervous, so I was worried about the stress of it all. I paid a premium for Mollie to travel solo. Kristen kept us well informed throughout the trip, and kindly shared her bed with my grieving pup. At first Mollie was bewildered by all the changes, but when they arrived at my home it was clear that Mollie had fallen completely in love with Kristen. In fact...she heard my other dogs barking and turned around and tried to get back in the car with her newfound best friend! :-) That is all the review this dog lover needs!! Thank you, ladies, for making a terrible time better.

Honestly there aren’t enough words for just how fantastic Hayley is. She was communicative, punctual, friendly, and put us at ease from the very first conversation. She followed through with everything she said, and helped us plan the details out. She arrived the morning of the transport, and our dogs ran up to her and loved her like she was a long lost friend. Dogs sense aura, and they ADORED her! She kept us up to date constantly, with photos and updates on their progress. Her car set up was also fantastic, and ensured they were safe get in comfort.
