Jennifer and Linda did amazing. If I could give them a million stars I definitely would. She was supposed to be here 12am lastnight but due to the weather she had to turn back and come today. My pup was comfortable and loved the whole time. I was updated at each take off and landing with texts and pictures. Will definitely use them again when I need a puppy flown to me. Merry Christmas to yall from us.

Loved working with the Nanny. Very professional and encouraging to get the puppy where he has to go. They had to remodify the flights many times for the receiving party as she had to arrange transportation and timing to her airport. Very diligent and friendly to work with. I will use Citizens Shippers again. You guys rock!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She was so communicative throughout the process and gave us updates and pictures throughout the entire trip. I felt so comfortable knowing she was the one helping to transport our new puppy. If I were to need puppy transport services again she would definitely be my pick!

Jen was phenomenal! She sent pictures along the way and cleaned him all up when he had a little accident between flights. She was very responsive and truly loves dogs. She met us at the airport with our little pup and helped bring our family together. Could not thank her enough and would definitely recommend!!

Jennifer is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her transporting puppies, like she did for me with my new furbaby Willie! She keeps you fully updated throughout the whole transportation and was extremely professional, flexible, helpful and did a great job with Willie. She also takes extra care with the puppy from beginning to end. She worked with me on the dates and safely took Willie from Oklahoma to California. I can’t thank her enough for bringing Willie here.
