Welcome to Amy's Critter Sitter Services We understand that your furbaby's safety and comfort are of utmost importance. Our goal is to make the transportation process as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Throughout the journey, we provide regular updates with pictures, texts, and/or phone calls, as well as GPS updates for your peace of mind. We collect payment upon delivery, Unless the shipper is paying, or a 3rd party not located at the drop off location. Then it will be half on pickup, half on delivery, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved. FAQs: 1. Transportation Method: We provide ground transportation with no stacked crates. Kennels, leashes, water, and food (if needed) are provided at no additional charge. 2. Frequent Breaks: We stop every 3 to 4 hours for potty and walk breaks. For puppies, we also offer "no paws on the ground" transportation at no extra cost. 3. Booking Fees: Citizenshipper charges a separate booking fee, which is NOT part of our transport fee. Payment for our services is due upon delivery unless the shipper or 3rd party is covering the cost. Then it's half on pick up, half on delivery. Payment can be made via cash or most pay apps—no checks. 4. Pickup and Dropoff Times: While we provide estimated pickup and dropoff times, please note that these may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We prioritize safety and will keep you updated on the ETA and your pet’s location. 5. Insurance: We are fully insured for your peace of mind. 6. Sending Your Own Kennels: You are welcome to send your own kennel, subject to space availability. Most kennels fit, but extra-large ones may not always work. 7.
