I drive a 2025 Honda Civic Hatchback, fully maintained and pet-safe, with climate control and ample space for crates or cozy setups. Working with Braxton and Pet Pilot was the best experience. Their service was so awesome and you can feel the love they have for your pets within the travel updates. I was nervous because I had never used a pet transport service before but I had ZERO worries with my kittens in Braxton’s care. I was kept updated by status check-ins and photos!!! A-1 service!!

I had absolutely no problems with this transporter. I was made aware prior to booking that the dogs were not going to be in crates. The transporters seemed well aware of general dog health and emergencies and were prepared for anything that would arise. I would have no issue with using them again. Great cost effective transport.

So not only were they competitive on pricing! But they communicated, showed care for our pets, gave updates and pictures along route and were flexible on time and very honest!
