The service my pug and I received was absolutely the best. She was relaxed and happy on the whole trip. She had never traveled that far before. I received pictures and videos of her the whole trip. I was able to have total peace of mind. She looked like she was on an adventure. I would recommend Trusted Tail to everyone. I was so blessed to get a bid within my budget. our girl, Romy 🐕 was staying with my sister, when we moved out of the state. Our transporter, Quincy was very communicative. As soon as our arrangement was set, he kept me and my sister informed throughout the entire process. We received so many cute pics and vids, assuring us Romy was safe and well taken care of on her journey to us. Romy had plenty of water/food breaks, as well as recreation time to walk around and play in dog areas along the way. I could very much tell Quincy had a soft spot for Romy, when he said his farewells. Thank you so much for this experience !

Overall my experience with Quincy was great, the pricing was great, he sent photo updates without me even having to ask and he was great at communication without being overly conservative. The delivery was also super quick and he arrived several hours earlier than originally planned. It was a great experience. Most importantly, my puppy arrived safely! I would recommend Quincy, and would/will use him again.
