5 stars truly isn’t enough. 10 out of 10 would use them again. Kristen is lovely and communicates the whole trip. I got photos of the doggy and reports. She came happy! She even checked in to see how she was adjusting to her new home. They are the best. Highly recommend!! Love you guys!

From the moment I checked out Critter &Cargo's profile I knew I found the perfect transport. Raymie was so gentle and patient with my Aurora and she warmed up to him rather quickly which was a relief for me because she is very timid around people she doesn't know. Throughout the entire trip I received videos and updates on how my baby girl was doing and she got here a lot quicker than I thought it would take.
