Dan was fabulous! My basset hound arrived in Colorado stress free. If you really know your dog, you know when they have been stressed. And he was happy happy!!! He was not thirsty when he arrived, indicating to me that he had been given enough water. In the middle of Aug., this was a concern. These folks are the best way to transport your animal. I will never hesitate to recommend Dan and this transport group. People need to realize that they do not have to mortgage their home to transport an animal! Prices were reasonable. I cannot say enough nice things about Dan. Biscuit is sending you a thank you also! He is home and happy and I am grateful.

We were not particularly thrilled with the number of dogs being transported all together in the back of an SUV at the same time. It was also difficult to get updates on how the dog was doing and timelines. I was initially told Saturday I was then told this would be pushed back until Sunday then was told Saturday morning it would in fact be Saturday so had to cancel all my plans to be there when the dog arrived. With that said they were much cheaper than any other company who quoted me and the turn around from booking to actual transport was quick and after the initial back and forth my dog arrived on time. Not Bad for the price.

Christopher did a great job. He showed up on time, kept us informed during the trip and arrived an hour and a half early. When he arrived, he made friends with our dog and took the time to get him settled in the car, comfortably, before leaving. We are extremely pleased with his service.

Susie from Euless to El Paso
Todd (owner and coordinator of our trip) connected with me telephonically shortly after being accepted as our driver. We discussed the transport and also some of the special needs that my dog, Susie has: Medication twice per day, scared of loud noises, and that as a rescue many years ago, she still has some fears and special handling. He followed up with an email outlying all that we discussed and the options he would recommend for her. As we were in transit , his patience with delayed correspondence was greatly appreciated. Dee, our designated driver, called the day before to discuss the time she would arrive and how the process should go in handing Susie off to ensure that she was comfortable and her stress decreased. She answered all my questions and that enabled me to have everything they needed before she arrived. She arrived in a mini-van and took me out to have a look around before coming in to spend time with Susie. It was amazing to watch as she talked us through what we should do and what Susie's response would be ultimately resulting in a connection between Dee and Susie. Dee spent about 45 minutes in the house getting to know Susie and more importantly, letting Susie get to know her. Dee took Susie out with her and helped her into the van, then sat with her in the back of the van for about 15 minutes allowing Susie to settle in and not just rushing off. Once Susie was settled and they were ready to go, Dee gave me a call to let me know that she had settled in okay and they were on their way. Susie has a bad back and Dee provided updates the next day that they had taken additional breaks and allowed Susie to determine how soon she was ready to go again to decrease pain in her back. What compassion to my dog. She contacted me again about an hour before arriving at the destination and then again after she handed her off to friends keeping her for us for 2 weeks. In talking with our friends that night, they were very pleased with how well Dee interacted with Susie at the end of the journey. I had decided to send Susie via ground transport once the direct flight option was blocked due to heat. I saved almost $1000 going ground and while Beeline Pet was not the cheapest estimate, it was on target with other estimates and for all the focused attention Susie and I both received, I would recommend their service to anyone and would use them again myself.
