Look no further; this is the Best Pet Transporter out there! My Sister passed away recently, leaving her Boxer all alone. We were unable to go get him ourselves and fortunately chose Sunshine Pet Transport to bring him to us. Boomer is a big powerful dog and not socialized or used to riding in a vehicle. Lanson had him loaded with ease in less than 10 minutes. We were kept well informed, and frequently entertained, with texts throughout their journey and Boomer was delivered to us right on time. We booked Lanson for a three day journey with my elderly parents' cat who can not fit under an airplane seat. From initial contact through our many messages, Lanson answered all my questions quickly, was clearly knowledgeable about all that caring for a large/scared cat for this length of time would involve, and demonstrated compassion for the cat as well as for all us coping with the situation that prompted us to have the cat transported this way. (Sadly, my parents cat had to be put to sleep before the scheduled trip.) In comparing "shippers" put Lanson in the responsive, experienced and compassionate categories.
