USPS does not ship cats, dogs, or any other mammals. The United States Postal Service allows only limited live animal shipments: day-old poultry from NPIP-certified hatcheries, certain adult birds, small harmless cold-blooded animals (some reptiles and amphibians), live bees, and live scorpions.
