Identity & Background Verification

Our verification process helps to confirm that transporters on the platform
are who they claim to be and meet baseline eligibility standards.

What We Review

Identity verification, including government-issued ID validation
Background checks, conducted to help identify relevant risk indicators
Manual application review, completed by our support team to confirm submitted information and help reduce the risk of impersonation

Optional Industry-Related Credentials

Because transporters are independent, not all will hold the same credentials — but we encourage transparency and provide tools to showcase credentials.

Transporters Can Upload:

USDA number verification
Insurance documentation
USDOT number verification, for shipments where applicable
Relevant professional experience with specific types of pets or transport
In addition, some transporters may display platform-specific safety indicators, such as:
A “Pet Safety Trained” badge indicating completion of the Cat & Dog Transportation Safety Course
Participation in programs that offer access to 24/7 virtual veterinary support during transport
These signals help customers better understand a transporter’s background and stated practices when choosing who to work with.

7-Day-a-Week Customer Support

Our customer support team is available seven days a week to answer questions, review reported issues, and assist both customers and transporters. When concerns arise, we help facilitate communication and provide guidance toward resolution, as appropriate.
